I booked a Christmas lights tour for Christmas Day, and it was cancelled an hour AFTER the limo should have shown up. We got a "comped" ride for a couple of days later, and it was fine. Nothing spectacular; I'm sure the experience could have been better, but I was just happy a party bus showed up (the bare minimum). I've been going back and forth with Desmond since the incident and have been very understanding, as he continues to promise me my refund is being processed, and I like to assume it's not his fault. I even waited to post a review until it was solved. At this point, there's no excuse. The refund pictured in the screenshot showed up as pending on my credit card but did not go through.
