As a single mom trying to create a special night for her first child's prom this is a nightmare. I had to book at another location which you can imagine with these gas prices is insanely expensive. I booked this over half a year in advance for my once in a lifetime bachelorette party. The driver was on time and early, which was great but it all goes down hill from there. You you would think you would turn the air on while waiting, open the door and share how to connect to bluetooth, turn the lights on, but he did not. We got in the car, and he just immediately started driving. Very unprofessional. In that brief period of time of waiting to depart, he did try to turn the air on but didn't help much. My dad was really doing the work. He thought the car just needed to get going, so we all got in and departed. The driver mentioned to me, "I don't like this car because the air does not work and it does not turn well." You would think management would have not allowed this car to be rented or resolve the issue prior to letting customers in the car. Turns out, the driver was right and there was lack of working air conditioning in 90 plus degree Dallas weather, AND the limo also had a difficult time turning. Why had management not addressed this issue if it was a KNOWN issue? Why would they NOT have contacted me prior for an alternative option? We got to the first destination and explained the issue to the driver to seek a resolution, to which he responded, "I am just the driver. " My two friends then had to work with the driver and coach him on this to resolve. Ridiculous. They literally went through 7 people, including 1 who mentioned he sold the company over a YEAR ago, also ridiculous. They finally got to a human, who apparently seemed not to care about our experience and just instructed our driver to get another car. You would think that person would have apologized or helped support us proactively in getting a refund for the poor experience but no. We were then somehow able to get a pink limo with functioning air conditioning. I booked this EXTREMELY far in advance and am not sure why I was assigned the limo without air conditioning. Nonetheless, they contacted me the week of to let me know someone else had booked it. Well, I guess the other party got the functioning limo, and we got the non functioning one. The driver let us know that this limo was finishing up it's ride as ours was starting, which is why we got the bad one. Again, RIDICULOUS. Management should have NEVER allowed this nonfunctioning pink limo to be an option in the first place. CLEARLY it was a KNOWN issue. Very poor customer service and experience. Nonetheless, I should have been given the functioning pink limo, given I booked first or contacted with an alternative option. I was way nicer at first, but I have no patience for people that can not respond. It has been a MONTH and no one has contacted me in my request for a refund. The actual bus itself was great (our group had the Nightrider) but unfortunately the terrible service our party received is why I would not recommend getting a party bus from here. Heaven on Wheels seems to pride itself in being the premier option for party bus rentals in the DFW area, but it's shocking that their customer service is so horrible. We rented the bus for 5 hours. After our bus driver dropped us off at our first location, he told me he was going to grab a bite real quick and to just call him when we wanted him to pick us up to take us to our next stop. Our group had wrapped up in our first spot and was getting ready to get back on the bus. I called the driver about 20 times over the course of an hour and a half. I even walked around the area looking for him thinking there might be a chance that he had parked around there. Finally an hour and a half later, he picks up his phone and comes to pick us up. He said that he was at a nearby Chick-fil-a eating dinner and he was having phone problems. Due to this our group did not get to enjoy the bus as long as we would have liked even though we paid to use it for 5 hours we really only used it for 3 and a half. I thought surely if I spoke to management about this situation they would refund us for the hour and a half that the driver was unresponsive. Nope - after I reached out they said that they would provide a 20% discount on a future booking but nothing else. There are plenty of party bus providers in the DFW area with great buses. In my opinion it's the customer service that makes or breaks a great experience and unfortunately Heaven on Wheels does not provide that. read more

The vehicle was nice and clean. It met all my expectations. It was the driver. Every time he changed lanes, passengers would bump in to each other. I was sitting and I dropped a very nice bottle of champagne. Several people had drinks spill on their clothes and not because we were drunk or acting stupid. I used Heaven on Wheels for my wedding and the reason I give them 1 star is because they didn't pick the bride up for the church service and then forgot to shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception. Overall, we ended up relying more on Uber/Lyft that day than the shuttles. Every guest I spoke with had a horrible story to tell me about the shuttling service and both drivers. They either took long extended ways to the hotel/church/reception or just plain weren't where they were suppose to be for the service to be used. At one point, one of the shuttles we booked was just parked in one place for over 4 hours even though there were still guests/bridal party that needed to be picked up and taken to either the church or the reception. Heaven on Wheels claims to have called our day of coordinator but that wasn't true and I, the bride, was on the phone with the drivers but that did nothing to help resolve any of the issues. Not exactly something I want to be dealing with on my day. I've tried to email and call them to resolve this issue but nothing has worked. Seems like their drivers are just as bad as management in dealing with their customers. If you are looking for a seamless shuttling service, go with another company as Heaven on Wheels will just give you a headache instead of relieving some of the stress. read more

Heaven on Wheels delivers hellish service. If you need transport you can count on, rent elsewhere. I rented a limo bus over a week in advance for a business meeting. We were bringing in the CEO and the COO. I sent the full schedule with each address, and the times we needed to arrive and depart. We're supposed to leave our hotel at 830 am. I expect the bus at 815. At 630, I get a text they'll be there. At 759 the driver texts he's on his way. At 820, he texts he's 40 minutes away. He eventually arrived at 910, 40 mins past departure time. 55 mins past a prudent arrival time. He didn't answer his phone during the delay. I called the office, they didn't know where he is either (no GPS tracking?). Ever keep a CEO, a COO, and an SVP waiting for 40 minutes? Not great for career longevity. I called to complain and ask for a discount. I was told that isn't possible, that the transaction was closed. I was told IF THEY OFFERED REFUNDS FOR BEING LATE, THEY'D HAVE TO GIVE THEM TO EVERYONE!!! Clearly, being on time isn't a priority for them. I asked how far they are from my hotel. They said 30 mins. The driver texted at 759, so he was going to be late no matter what. The excuse of heavy traffic in Dallas rush hour seemed lame. After again pressing for an adjustment to the bill, they offered to refund the mandatory 20% tip for the driver. I asked how taking money out of the driver's pocket would make things better. He said it's not really a tip, it's the "driver fee". So it doesn't appear they actually give that "tip" to the driver. Seems shady. Prodded again for an apology, he finally said "I'm sorry the driver was late" Not "our driver", not "our service", "the driver". I asked for a reasonable 15%;discount on the bill. He refused, saying their drivers leave early to be on time. I asked when the driver left. He said he didn't know. So he was just making excuses with no facts to back it up. And he doesn't appear to run his business well. He apparently doesn't know when his drivers report to work, where they are, or if they are on time. That's a poorly-run business, in my opinion. And I've gotten better customer service and support in a Taco Bell drive thru. Please, save yourself the frustration and embarrassment of sloppy limo bus service and rent from someone else. We rented a party bus on March 18th, for my 40th and the driver was horrible. He drove fast, not friendly, didn't go in the bus to show us the bluetooth. We had to figure out the name of the Bluetooth. He didn't show us IF the 2 tvs worked. I have called and spoke with Kendal and he said he would find out if the tvs worked or not. I called him twice and still waiting for him to call me back! Customer service was 0, for the money we paid, customer service was pitiful. still no follow up from Kendal, the supervisor. We had a horrible experience on December 22, 2022. I would not recommend this limo service. We had an inexperienced driver. We booked the service for 13 people to see the Christmas lights in Highland Park. We could not connect to the Bluetooth and the driver couldn't help us to connect. The driver was from Ft. Worth and did not know the Dallas area. The driver was using Waze for directions. We tried to help him guide through the neighborhood. Three people in our group became car sick. We had to stop in Highland Park Village and wait for a car service to pick them up and take them back home because they were so sick. This was about 40 minutes into our ride. It was like riding on a roller coaster. I have never been so disappointed and shocked this could happen. read more

The vehicle we rented was clean and high quality. On the surface, they had the best prices I could find per hour and spoke to a few competitors. They always quoted hourly rate and when it came to the contract they said plus gratuity. No biggie. We planned on a gratuity to the driver regardless. What i didn't like is them not telling me upfront that the gratuity was mandatory 20% (which pretty much negates the definition of a gratuity). When I said we would pay the gratuity in cash to the driver (to ensure he actually got the money) I was told that's fine but he won't leave unless you pay him upfront. That seems a little shady especially since they didn't clarify any of that in our conversations until AFTER I signed the contract. So, my advice is to be sure and add the (MANDATORY) "gratuity" to whatever quote they give you. Btw - our driver was great. They were right on time for pick up and he was very safe behind the wheel. So big thumbs up there. I would give them another chance to earn my business - now that I understand how they really quote their prices. read more

The night before our wedding, we had a phone call from the limo company telling us that the two limos we ordered for the bride and the groom were going to two different locations than we had originally requested. We had to leave our rehearsal dinner fix that issue and make sure the limos would be where they were supposed to be. We thought we had solved the biggest issue we would have with the limo for that day. The next morning on our way to the wedding, both the bride and groom got into our respective limos to find that neither limo had speakers that worked? We had a quiet ride in a party bus to the venue and then again on the way from the church to the reception. Our bridal party tried to make up for the utter silence by playing music on their phones but I don't understand how a party bus company would send not just one, but two limos out for a bridal party without functioning speakers. We couldn't connect anything to play music and the drivers compartment was conveniently the only place where the stereo worked so I'm really glad he got to listen to music at the very least. Lastly, we were told that both our limos would come with a fully stocked bar. Again, neither one of our limos even came with water in it, let alone a stocked bar. We were very lucky that our bridal party thought ahead and brought drinks for us. The suspension is horrible so pouring and drinking is impossible unless completely stopped. I just am not pleased after ordering two limos from this company to not get what we paid for with either one. At the very least one of them could have met the requirements that were promised to us. The worst part is that we emailed the company multiple times after the wedding, then again after the honeymoon but received no response. After posting a poor review, we suddenly received the most apologetic email from them 'we didn't receive any email from you or we would have responded!' 'Please let us know how we can fix this' etc. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe our emails hadn't gone through so we responded with our concerns and disappointment with our service and told them everything we wrote in this review. We have yet to hear back from them despite following up and forwarding my emails again. They truly just don't care, and it seems like they wanted to act as though they did care on review boards. We did not receive anywhere near the type of service that we paid for, and the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. We would never recommend them to anyone. False Advertising!! I have been trying to book the Ultimate Wedding Package through Heaven on Wheels which includes all day limo service for my son's wedding day. When I tried online booking, once I inquired about this package I was ghosted by the sales rep. I just got off the phone with a sales rep today to check on the same package only to be told they no longer offer the package. I informed her that it's on their webpage and I'm looking right at it. She just said she was sorry! The perk I was most interested in was the free honeymoon transfers for 2 people to and from the airport. The driver was very nice however the limo was trash. They stressed when booking about how because of COVID all these different rules and guidelines had to be followed aside from the regular rules but the car floor was filthy and the inside of the limo was real basic. The outside had a long scratch on the side where clearly an accident had occurred and the damage was not repaired. Half the trip the partition would not work and at one point the limo just died and it took a good moment for the driver to get it started again. After that the air conditioning and power system for the music and stuff went down with all the party goers stuck in back. We had to drive for a few minutes to find a place to pull over, It was very hot for everyone because there was no air conditioning ! There was no refreshments in back because of the "rules do to COVID". I went into the store where we pulled in to fix the limo and bought drinks for everyone! Half of my guests got out to stand in the stores cool air! It was ridiculous, very disappointing and embarrassing ! We lost time sitting in a parking lot waiting for the limo to be fixed and was never offered an extension of time or any kind of adjustment to the rental fee but reminded of the fees if my trip went over the contracted time frame! Rented big Tex which we were told seated 50-55 people. (If they were sitting in each others lap) Driver was a little over 30 minutes late for kiddos prom pick up & then when all the kids got on nothing worked in the back section of the bus. No A/C, No lights, No Bluetooth radio hook up. Was fairly miserable for all the kids as they were dressed in suits & dresses & promised something totally different from what showed up! Our expectations were far from met & Way over priced for what we got. Tried calling the main number to report the issues & it literally took approximately 15 back-2-back calls before someone answered & briefly said 'okay, I will call the manager & get back with you' Have yet to receive a return call or an explanation. All the 54 kids paid for this themselves & were let down!! Do not recommend them as of this time. Sad thing about it is that we were planning on renting them again next year for our other kiddos prom night BUT now we know who not to use!! HELL ON WHEELS. BEWARE this is the most unprofessional, unreliable and unbelievable company we have ever contracted. My wife arranged - three weeks in advance, for our daughter's sweet sixteen birthday, a 2019 Chrysler 300 limo and paid additional for their Sweet Sixteen Birthday package. Unknown to us, Heaven on Wheels subcontracted to another company that sent a old "beat up" (photos attached) limo and without any sweet sixteen package and the driver had no idea about any such package. If this wasn't bad enough, the driver arrived late and proceeded to clean the limo in front of our house. We called Heaven immediately and the manager on duty was oblivious to the package we had contracted and paid for. She claimed Josh, (the Owner) would contact us on Monday to discuss. Josh never called, never replied to our email, and never returned my phone call to him. I can now understand why Heaven demands full payment before any service is rendered. read more

This was the most awful experience I have ever had period. Driver shows up on time, no ice, sodas or water and clearly It claims to have that with all hourly rentals. Transportation was fine until my daughters and their friends needed to be picked up and the bus was nowhere to be found for 30+ minutes. Driver ignored all our calls, never answer back. Bouncer walked one of my daughters to find the bus at 1 am and nothing. Driver finally shows up. Claims he was there the entire time but bouncer is witness that he was not there. When he finally appeared he got on the phone with me, the mom, and refused to accept he failed to pick them up at the time he was needed saying he was there, but ironically never answer his phone while on duty. I panicked because my girls were depending on him to pick them up. I was 40 minutes away and was profoundly upset. He finally told one of the girls at the end of the ride he actually fell asleep and did not hear all of our endless calls. Very disappointing and would NEVER recommend trusting this service. Disappointed in the amenities for our Christmas lights tour. Was encouraged to rent the larger, more expensive party bus because the larger windows would make it easier to see the lights AND we will be able to simultaneously stream Christmas music. Unfortunately when we arrived at the first neighborhood to look at lights the driver informed us "someone" had lost the control that allowed you to control the electronics and lights - our option was complete power inside (lights and music) or none (pitch black and silence). No apologies for 1) losing the controller or 2) for not reaching out ahead time making us aware of the situation so we had an opportunity to change vehicles or dates while they remedied the situation . With small children scared of the dark the pitch black wasn't the best option. So while we enjoyed the experience our ability to view the Christmas lights was greatly diminished. I think the biggest disappointment is that I reached out to the company to discuss the next week and they never returned my call. We had great customer service and a wonderful experience with Heaven On Wheels. I was promptly emailed my contract after providing my reservation and CC info. My reservation was confirmed the day before, and I was able to email my itinerary to the driver ahead of time so that he knew where we were stopping. Anthony, our driver, picked us up on time at our location, and though we made many party stops along the way, he always returned to pick us up promptly when I contacted him through the evening. We had a group of 11 in the Kaboom Party Bus, and we were able to play our playlist off the IPhone through the speaker system (I brought my own adapter cord). The sound system worked well. Our coolers were stocked with soda and ice, and there were cups and napkins as promised. I will definitely use this company again!! read more
