This company has called my house 4 times in the last 18 hours. Only once was there actually a…read moreperson on the other end of the line. My husband told the young woman that we were not interested and to take us off their call list. They called this morning three more times and, all three times, no one on the other end. So, I called back three times and got someone twice. Both times, I told the woman, we are NOT interested and to take us off their list. And, I told her, if they call one more time, I can now sue them for $1500.00. I actually hope they do call back for now I have a case and an extra $1500 in my pocket would be nice! Might be one way of getting these darn robo calls to stop!

First I got a call from their marketing…read moregroup that said there was an opportunity to meet with ARDA representatives to discuss your timeshare association's escalating maintenance fees ( I currently own a timeshare) and that there was a program to help cap those expenses. ARDA is an association that basically represents the timeshare industry. Guess what, there were no ARDA (American Resort Development Association) representatives, just timeshare salespeople trying to hard sell you on buying into some obfuscated timeshare points program. If you are going to meet with this group, get everything in writing and take it home and review it before you make a decision. If they aren't willing to do that, simply leave.
