We are so glad we did. They dealt with this stressed out bride better than my own husband. They were so fast to respond to any questions. They presented us with a beautiful presentation to pick our destination venue. They created a phenomenal website and app to ease the booking pain for our guests. I knew they were great, but the guests comments made my day! They could not brag about them enough. We had a handicapped guest. We had 72 guests the week before our wedding that dropped to 57 because of Covid. If there was an issue, they handled it with such grace and ease...all while keeping me out of it. When we had 2 guests test positive in Mexico with the fear of getting stuck for a while, Kimberly and Jeff were on it! They told them exactly what to do and all was sorted within hours (false positive, so glad they told them to take a PCR test and they got to come home ASAP). It does not matter where you live, if you are planning a destination wedding or any trip or a honeymoon, you would be a fool not to use them.
