He always displayed professionalism each time we communicated both through emails and phone calls and he was very consistent in his business mannerism. My husband and I stayed at Secrets St. James and enjoyed our stay. (I highly recommend staying at any Secrets St. James resort that thy have throughout the Caribbean). Mr. DelVecchio coordinated everything in our trip from the Travel arrangements from the airport to the Resort and vice versa. We also had a representative that we meet with to help us plan our excursions. We did not have to worry about any details of our trip as it was already taken care. Of course, I did some searching online prior to calling her and told her the rates I found and she told me to book online instead then. Additionally, my mother went to Vietnam within the past 2 years and got a ticket through them (my sister made the arrangements) and when I asked her about the VISA information to see if my mom's information was still valid she didn't bother to explain on how I could check she just told me to reapply when VISA either have a 6 months or 5 year expiry date. WTF? Hate your job much? I guess if you don't have the resources to look yourself you call them to get screwed.
