Regret to say that I have to update my review based off of other findings; previously, I did…read moremention the lack of cleaning on some window blinds/sills but my partner ended up finding more areas that were neglected. It turns out that most of our kitchen cabinets weren't cleaned so he ended up cleaning it himself (wasn't able to take photos because he didn't think of it at the time.) The most noticeable thing we've found thus far was our oven- we were going to use it until we found residue(?) of some sort; not sure if it was from the particular cleaning spray they used, though I know this wasn't missed at the time of service since I recall this being one of the first things they started to clean. We ended up cleaning this ourselves as well. Edit to add: the reason for this update a month later is because as a first time homeowner, newly moving in, we're slowly furnishing everything and settling in- which is why we're just finding these other things just now. This updated review isn't intended to deter any new customers, but more so to let future ones to look more thoroughly as I should have done. I know Sparkle & Shine is a newer company so there's always room for improvement. I still thank Lina & her staff, as she has always been nice and communicative from the start.

We hired this company for a $360 deep cleaning of our approximately 1,448-square-foot office…read more Beforehand, our CEO walked through the space with the owner and identified the areas needing attention. Two cleaners spent only about two hours on-site, which seemed insufficient for a thorough deep cleaning. The unfinished work reinforced that concern: baseboards, window sills and tracks, shutters, and the oven were left visibly dirty. We raised our concerns and requested an appointment to review the work, but the follow-up did not lead to a satisfactory resolution. We were told the office was filthy, and they did what they could. The cleaning and customer service fell short of our expectations, and we would not use this company again.

KEVIN called back and said he could rearrange jobs and get somebody there but it would be after the original appointment. I accepted the offer. The electrician that came out was very helpful and did what he could to troubleshoot the problem. It was not repaired, but I felt he gave it a good shot. I was able to repair it myself after their effort. I found faulty wiring in the j-box from a previous electrician. A1 had missed the incorrect wiring. I requested that they install a remote device on the system in a refused saying the heater was faulty. The wiring was no fault of A-1, it was a previous electrician. However, they kept saying that they repeated they would not do the work because the equipment was faulty and ultimately refused any further help. Very frustrating.
