If I could give zero stars I would. Waited forever to be seen. Then was scoped with a filthy nasal…read morescope that was sitting in brownish liquid on the wall, clearly not sanitized between people. 4 days later I fell horribly ill and have been sick for 18 days with whatever nasty thing that was put up my sinuses. Been to urgent care and now doctor again. Also Dr Robertson was in such a rush he wouldn't take time to answer any questions and told me I need a brain scan because I might have an extremely rare brain tumor causing my tinnitus , which is ridiculous. He was supposed to order an MRI and I never heard from him. My doctor said the dirty scope probably caused a bacterial infection in my sinus that moved to my lungs now. DO NOT GO THERE!!!'

Dr. Robertson, I'm…read morewriting to express how incredibly unprofessional this entire process has been. After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position--and being encouraged to "be ready to negotiate" because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale--I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how you handle hiring moving forward, although after several disrespectful and unprofessional interactions with you, my hopes aren't high. P.S. Take a look at questions that are legal/illegal to ask during an interview. So glad I rushed in for a second interview, for you to grill me about my personal life, in my leggings and sweater just for you to say to your hiring staff, "I want to see what she looks like when she's not all done up." In your own words regarding your employees, I didn't even have high expectations of you, and you didn't even meet those.

Used to be 5*. However, this office is missing Miranda something fierce. The new girl up front lost…read moreyou a star. Today we had to take my 6 year old little girl in so she could provide a urine sample. We were told cups are in the bathroom. I suggested they use something like the hospitals to catch the urine, rather than her having to try to pee in this little medicine bottle. She rolled her eyes at me... My little girl peed all over her clothes. That was extremely frustrating.... Add to the fact she not only rolled her eyes but did even respond to me... Other than that... It is without a doubt a 5* location. Both doctors are fabulous. Dr Hoffman has been both of my children's doctor since... Well for my son, since we moved to Oregon from St Louis and since birth for my daughter. We have seen the lady doctor once or twice in the decade we have been patients here. They will get you in quickly, both Drs are down to earth, and will take all the time you want. They don't rush you out the door to hurry the next person in, no they will give you all the time in the world. Plus I always enjoy talking a little football with Doc. He is an OSU graduate. Hopefully they will get someone up front who fits in better. Even with the lady up front now, I would without question recommend this office!

We love this office. They are efficient and caring. I love that we never have to wait more than…read morejust a couple minutes if that to be seen. They get right back to you too if you call with a question or concern. Dr. Huffman takes his time during appointments to make sure we get all our questions answered and to make sure we have an idea of what to expect in terms of behavior and development with our girls. I also like that you must vaccinate your children if you want to be seen at this practice. I appreciate their stance on vaccinations for the health and benefit of all children.
