He did give me a list of apps that people use for various white noises. His assistant was suffering from Tinnitus and was way more helpful than Dr. Stevens. Sleep is a huge factor with my tinnitus but when I tried to explain things that work or don't, he had absolutely nothing to offer other than saying "The only thing unique about your Tinnitus is your approach to it." I would avoid this Dr. I was going to get my ears checked with his clinic, but I cannot support them.

We wrote this off as normal surgeon pride. We should have listened to the little voices that were questioning the DR. After the surgery we went to the office to have the plugs removed and noticed the suction system they use after removing the plugs was covered in mold and looked as it had not been cleaned or emptied in a long time (disgusting). My husband was in intense pain, and the recovery was very extensive. Once healed we discovered he had zero taste or smell. He could drink a cup of gas and not know it. After seeing a different ENT we were told he now has a condition called Empty Nose syndrome which was caused by Dr Robertson taking too much of his turbine. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. My issue is that when you are referred to a specialist you expect that specialist to have some specialist information. My ENT just shrugged and offered really no help. Said he had no idea why I was having vertigo and just referred me onto another specialist... I got nothing from this apt but a co-pay. It was an unexpected biopsy that needed to be done ASAP no doubt, but the way in which it was done was cruel unnecessarily aggressive. I can't get into the details of all that happened cause I'm still in significant pain, sick tomy stomach &.tearful over what happened. I'm a 49 year old woman who went to see this doctor today already in a state of stress & worry when I 1st got there knowing whatever it is I have it's definitely something very bad. By the time Dr Donavon left the room without saying anything to me just like when he was doing this god awful, terrifying & painful procedure I was not at all expecting, I left traumatized as I still am now. I just can't seem to get over & move on by what happened. I wish I had someone with me to witness it so I could no for sure if that is a typical way the procedure is done. But it still makes no sense to me as to why he was so incredibly cold & unprofessional. Even a vet would show an animal just a little bit of compassion or a comforting warning.
