Dr. Robertson, I'm…read morewriting to express how incredibly unprofessional this entire process has been. After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position--and being encouraged to "be ready to negotiate" because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale--I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how you handle hiring moving forward, although after several disrespectful and unprofessional interactions with you, my hopes aren't high. P.S. Take a look at questions that are legal/illegal to ask during an interview. So glad I rushed in for a second interview, for you to grill me about my personal life, in my leggings and sweater just for you to say to your hiring staff, "I want to see what she looks like when she's not all done up." In your own words regarding your employees, I didn't even have high expectations of you, and you didn't even meet those.

Sadly i wish the review was done on the clinic in general. The inner workings of this office has a…read morelot to be desired. Surgeries are scheduled only to find out that they have not been approved by the patients insurance. Lack of communication and a feeling of being rushed through the office. The staff is too busy to return phone calls or notify patients of changes in surgery scheduling. The physician assigned to do your surgery should be available to talk and meet with the patient prior to surgery. My suggestion is to get a second opinion if your experience isn't a positive one. Remember, you are the one paying the bill.

We've been taking our kids to Dr. Whittaker for about 5 years now, and we're super glad to have…read morefound him and his staff. Three of our kids have complex medical issues and Dr. Whittaker has provided great care for all of them. He's very knowledgeable. And he does a great job interacting with all our kids and getting them to cooperate for their exams and medical care. You can tell that he cares about people. His staff are nice and very helpful too. Another review said their wasn't a nurse advice option, but I am pretty sure there is as we've used one several times. Also, the doctors at the office provide telephone coverage for each other, and when that is not an option they have other doctors covering for them. We've never had a problem getting advice/help after hours. As a dentist with my own office, I find myself watching Dr. Whittaker to see how he interacts with people and how he makes his office interesting and fun for kids. He's a good guy to emulate. I highly recommend him.

We went here once in our search for a pediatrician. I had heard that Shannon Brigman was great, but…read morewhen I called, she was NOT taking new patients. So We saw Dr Whittaker for a well baby check up. Everything was nice enough- the nurses were kind, we were able to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time and the doctor was personable. Unfortunately, I received advice that was for formula fed babies when I had just mentioned that I breastfed. Oops! In the end, I decided to not continue care here and switch to another clinic with access to a nurse line, female doctor availability and after hours immediate care.
