The practice hasn't figured out that people need to be treated with respect and be seen in a timely fashion. We waited two different times for excessive wait times. Once for three hours and then again for four hours and that was just to be taken back to the exam room. Once into the exam room it was only 40 to 45 minutes to wait respectively. What really was disturbing was when a patient that came in after us and yes, had waited two hours by then, stated to the receptionist that they were going to leave if they weren't seen right away, were promptly taken back. Hello?! Then 20 minutes later another scenario with another patient who had an appointment coming up that they did not want to miss, they were taken back right then. Ahead of our appointment. We were apologized to, after I raised an issue in the back room, and told we'd be seen first and without hesitation. The next appointment was scheduled for mid day. Luckily we were able to get a referral to another oncologist. Watch for age limitations specifically on treatments with Dr Gill. Be a strong advocate! It's your life and you have the say. I waited to post them only because it really does take time to settle in and for all of the swelling to fully disappear and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My total experience at Loma Linda University plastic surgery with Dr. Gupta and staff was nothing less than perfect, I mean every single aspect of it from the initial consultation thru today and I say that because Ive had to delay my second procedure due to illness and also because I wanted to lose some weight before my tummy tuck is performed to achieve the best results possible. September will be here before I know it. Im super excited and nervous only because Im a chicken about being put to sleep Ill be honest lol. Id like to mention that my eyes and face were performed under local and mild sedation, yes I was awake very calm and I felt nothing. My recovery was also painless. The worst part for me was having to wear the neck/head strap for 6 weeks but I did it. Im 58 yrs young and have 6 grown children, so its my time to do me!!! Ill be sure to follow up here after my procedure to share my results. Thanks again to everyone at Dr. Guptas office.

My consultation was extremely thorough and Dr. Kim was completely engaged and generous with his time. After surgery, Dr. Kim was, and continues to be invested in my recovery and available to answer all of my questions. My recovery has been pain free, uneventful and way faster than I anticipated! Georgia, the nurse, is phenomenal. Her knowledge, experience and bedside manner is exactly what everyone needs the day of surgery! She did my Botox at my follow up appointment - and no surprise she excelled here also. I could not be happier with choosing Dr. Kim. He is located 90 minutes away from me, so I had a little hesitation, but it was WELL WORTH the extra drive. I can't wait to go back for phase 2 of my mommy makeover!

Since this was during the covid pandemic, I was allowed to go in only for the initial consultation and for her first infusion. They have a great covid protocol in place, so we never felt nervous about her visits. During the initial consult, Dr. Reese spent a long time with us, explaining in detail about the cancer and about what to expect during the treatments. He drew pictures and wrote key words on some sheets of paper we were able to take home and study. We felt he really cared about her outcome. They have a web portal for communication that allowed us to submit questions and usually had Dr. Reese or a staff member get back to us that same day. They were also great at working through insurance issues with us. We never felt overlooked or ignored, and my wife said all of the front office staff and nurses were kind and helpful. Unlike restaurant reviews where you end it by saying "I can't wait to come back!", well, I'll say we do feel comfortable continuing to see Dr. Reese for follow-ups, and should a similar need arise in the future, UCLA Health And Dr. Reese will likely be the first place we ask for!

So far the experience has been fairly decent. The office is very clean, spacious and organized. The PAC made a mistake of not writing orders that I could reschedule an appointment sooner than my follow-up of 3 months, therefore when I requested one at the front they denied it, twice. Couple weeks later, I ended up calling 911 due to shortness of breath, weakness, persistent daily fatigue, and needing about half gallon of blood drawn from my body every 4-6 months to lower my UNSAFE high red blood cell count -Hematocrit, Red Blood Cell, Hemoglobin. To prevent blood clots, heart attack, stroke, or long term blood cancer (Leukemia), etc... Fortunately, my insurance only bills about $4000 for the ER. If it was $800K USD, Medicare could go broke by 2030, then no more Medicare for anyone. =)

I'm 78 and have dealt with a lot of Drs over my years, but I have NEVER faced a bully before. This man truly has a god complex. He has recently started practicing in San Luis, but in researching him, I see that he has practiced in many locations over the years . Average rating 2. I met with him twice. He was rude and dismissive and actually started yelling at me "it's not my job" when I asked if he had any suggestions on what to do next. Under no circumstances should your physician yell at you. In conclusion, if you have a choice, choose another DR.

I've been biting my tongue about my experience with the office staff for quite some time just…read morebecause the doctor I was seeing was somewhat helpful with my diagnosis. However, today was my absolute last straw. A large number of the office staff here are unknowledgeable, unprofessional and immature. 1. I've called on several occasions asking questions, and the person on the phone constantly puts me on hold to ask someone else, then returns back to the phone with some regurgitated answer. I've also received answers/responses over the phone from one staff member, and then receive a totally different answer/response in person at the office. 2. At one point, I called and asked about submitting a continuity of care form, and the girl had me slowly enunciate "continuity" over the phone and spell it out for her so she could ask someone else about it (what it is, what to do with it, etc). From that interaction alone, I felt less than confident with the office staff handling my questions, forms, file, etc. 3. I received call that my continuity of care form (that was filled out, signed and submitted by this office and approved with an authorization code by insurance almost 2 months ago) was not being recognized and that my final appointment (mind you I'm in the middle of treatment and do not have another doctor to take over my treatment yet) cannot be fulfilled. I asked the staff member about the continuity of care form, and she said "We're not submitting those for anybody." Completely dumbfounded, I explained that my form was already submitted from the office and I have approval for this last visit before I see a new doctor (because I'm in the middle of blood tests, ultrasounds, and prescriptions). I received zero empathy from the staff members regarding my concerns of why the form is suddenly not being recognized. She was wholly unprofessional with her responses. My overall experience was subpar here, at best. Staff can truly make or break your experience, and in this case, completely broke all of my interactions with this office. The only positive comment I can confidently leave about this office is that the chairs in the waiting room are comfortable.

No one takes responsibility for the total care of the patient here . The office staff controlled solve, the portal doesn't contain results or provide easy assess to enter information regarding history ,medications etc At My first visit ,Dr Solaimani ordered labs and other tests unbeknownst to me. The office staff scheduled an appointment for me to follow up with the doctor two months after the first appointment for which I had to pay a $70 co-pay and my insurance was billed several hundred dollars. When I got there, they told me I hadn't done the labs the Dr had ordered. I inquired as to why I wasn't notified of the labs at the first visit , there answer was " well we must've had a student who put you in the room and she didn't enter your specific lab you use into the computer " . When I ask about why there was no follow-through on this why no one called me to inquire about why I hadn't had the labs before my appointment, they said oh we don't do that. We don't have any way to know about that. They kept referring to possibly a student that made mistakes the last time I was there. No one wanted to take accountability and they couldn't explain the process of how these things are normally done. It sounds like computers run this office, not thinking responsible people. The nurse practitioner I saw (when I had scheduled an appointment with the Dr) spent only 6 minutes with me informing me "all the results of my previous colonoscopy was normal) something the Dr told me after the procedure. Then ushered me out to schedule another appointment in two months after I complete the labs they had "previously ordered. When I ask about why I didn't see the doctor at this visit, as previously scheduled I was told "oh you have to tell us when you come in so we can put you in the right room to see the Dr." "We don't know who your appointment is with!" This office needs an overhaul from the top down! I feel they just want to schedule expensive procedures such as colonoscopies and EGD's , bill your insurance then dismiss you after they have completed these .I will not return!
