Sam proceeded to verbally threaten my husband and then turn around and call the police and when they found out that I had everything on video and audio Sam backpedaled, and all of a sudden called the police back and told them not to come out. Yelp moderators I will gladly send you any and all video proof that you need. This company destroyed my yard when they hit multiple lines and never fixed anything. However, if you hire them and complain to Sam, he will get in your face threaten you and then stand back and say what what did I say I didn't do anything. Stay far far away from this company. They took on a job in our mobile home community and started around March 2019. Here we are May 2020 and the job is nowhere near completed. We've kept track and they have hit gas, electric, water and Internet lines over 30 times in this community. Imagine being without water in the heat of summer because these guys are too cheap to hire a utility locating service. They lied to us and say the water lines are too hard to find, but that's not true. If they hired a utility locating service and actually hired competent crewmembers this job would've been finished with no lines hit. I wonder how they are affording all these fines that they are amassing from utility service providers for all the lines they keep hitting. The crew constantly changes every several weeks. Most recently today the owner Sam was seen by several residents bodyslamming his dog into the bed of his pick up truck. If you want professionalism and a job done on time stay away. If you want the lowest bid and don't care about quality or professionalism then these are your guys.
