Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized. I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. Where can we start? We came here just by coincidence window shopping around... We had a great experience in the beginning. Lynn and her husband Sam were super informative and kind. We thought we were getting a good deal for the ring that we had ordered. Couple years went by hence forgot to mention that when purchasing our rings, Lynn and her husband told us that they would always buy back their rings if we ever changed our minds since we decided to purchase moissanite instead the buying into the awful diamond industry. So couple years went by and we took the ring back and asked them we want to sell this one back and buy something else, guess what their response was? "This ring isn't worth much to nothing because it's not real diamond" I told Lynn, but you guys said and told us that purchasing a ring from you guys they are all certified like a real diamond and you guys would always buy back and credit us for the new purchase. She gave us a frown face and said nooo..... We honestly were so taken back like such a "BAIT AND SWITCH" purchase that we got into. And yes when we started off we didn't have a lot of money to work with so we settled for something small and was going to upgrade to something couple years later and Lynn and Sam both knew this. We could not believe that they did not agree to the buy back guarantee and just literately took our business for a bait and switch action. We purchased many other jewelry items from them, but after this, we do not trust them any more and will no longer be giving people business that does not keep their "buy back guarantee" and bait and switch their customers! Before going to Sam, my bf and I didn't have the best of luck searching for a jeweler. Being that we both look 16, jewelers probably thought we were naive and they could rip us off. One vendor in particular at the Asian Garden Mall straight up tried to sell us a cubic zirconia stone (not a ring, just a stone!) for $800. LOL After we continued to shop all over Orange County and the internet, Yelp led us here to upgrade my current "I love you ring". Sam and his sister were incredibly patient, kind, and honest - qualities we did not experience when shopping at other places. Designing a ring can be incredibly overwhelming despite doing prior research, but the entire process was stress free and smooth thanks to their customer service. They were more than happy to answer alllll of my questions and teach us about diamonds. Although we created what looks like a fairly simple and classic ring, Sam got all the details I asked for down to a tee. It couldn't be more perfect! 6 months later and I'm still crazy about the ring Sam helped us create! I get compliments all the time and have referred all our friends and family to Sam's. Never would I have imagined that a piece of jewelry could mean something so important to me. It has become more than just a material means but rather a symbol of something bigger than two people. What I appreciate most about this business is their genuine kindness, integrity, and care for their clients.
