There hasn't been a question they haven't been able to answer. And they're friendly and very personable. The office is nice! Located in the Epicenter but they do validate parking in the garage. They have all types of goodies to make your visit comfortable like a TV to watch Netflix, a blanket if you're cold and much more. They offer routine care in addition to teeth cleaning and aligners if you're looking for straightening your teeth without braces.

I can't say that I got particularly good news on the status of my teeth and mouth, but Dr. Pak seems to be VERY ENTHUSIASTIC about helping me restore me to my rightful glory, so I am looking forward to the next steps...

(Note: Ask about the cancellation list if you have a flexible schedule or some upcoming off days) Very sweet and professional both on the phone and in person. Heidi was my hygienist and she was so nice and gentle. She walked me through everything, made sure I was kept comfortable and showed me how to use the massaging chair and tv. I felt not pain or discomfort during my cleaning. Dr. Marshall was also super friendly and a genuinely nice man. If you're to the point that you are prepared to spend the money then I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I'm so happy with the outcome of my work! I had veneers put on, after having braces. My biggest concern when this was recommended to me was that I would end up with obviously fake teeth, a'la George Hamilton. The staff here completely understood and took this into consideration when building out my plan. The result is a beautiful smile, with teeth that look good but natural (kudos to Burrow Orthodontics for getting my teeth positioned ahead of the work I had done here). Everyone is really friendly and glad to answer a million questions (because that's about how many I asked). The environment is comfy, even as someone who hates the dentist office this experience was pretty pleasant for me. Like I said, if you've swallowed the pill of what work like this costs, and are now trying to find someone to do the work right -- come here!

I bought a Groupon to Advanced Dentistry and have gone twice now; once for a cleaning/X-rays/care plan, and once for some fillings. Both visits were an excellent experience. I had a 30 minute wait for the first visit and a 10 minute wait for the second, but once I was in the dentist's chair, my experience went as well as one could expect. Both the dental hygienist and Dr. Bowman were incredibly friendly, gentle, and informative. You can tell Dr. Bowman is very passionate about his job and really cares about his patients. The office is very clean and up-to-date. I had no pain with either visit- something new to my dental history. Normally when getting a filling, I have to grunt for more anesthesia while the dentist's fumbling around in my mouth and pinching my cheek with his instruments. Somehow, this time around, I was never in any pain throughout the procedure. Yay! I won't be so afraid to go back now, thank goodness. Their office staff is also very friendly and they send out email and text reminders/confirmations for your appointments, which are always helpful. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Dr V was my second orthodontist I saw for consultation and unlike the other orthodontist, he told me I only needed one extraction for my 24 month treatment and I could start the treatment as soon as I was ready and get extraction later. Previous orthodontist said I needed 3 extractions and 30 month treatment. Thankfully I didn't even need one extraction with Dr V in the end! Dr V has saved me a lot of money and even offered $500 off my treatment. Although I wanted Invisalign I got braces but the kind that is clear on top so it has made my braces experience much more enjoyable as an adult. The office is very clean, the front desk staff always great me with a smile and are prompt to service me. Even now during COVID the staff has done a great job taking temps and making sure the office is free of patients so less room for any passing of virus. My first patient care coordinator Brittany was great! She always explained what she was doing but also took a personal interest in what I have going on. All the others for the most part have been great as well. I see Dr V each appointment unless I'm just going to get my wires taking off for a cleaning and the office has always been able to accommodate my cleaning schedule! Best of all, I am always offered with a mini dessert on the way out! I finished my treatment within 18 months and love my teeth! I high key miss my braces too though. Thx Dr V and team.
