So I had an appoint and Ari ed 10 minutes early because it was my first time there and knew there would be paperwork to fill out. I stood there for 12 minutes waiting for the receptionist to finish her work phone call. The link to pre-fill out the paperwork but the link timed out. Then I got in in like 10 minute that was not bad. I met the assistant Maria that interfaced her self once not looking at me and said nothing but commands after. When the doctor came in I think it was the first person to make eye contact with me and he was nice. The whole experience was fine but impersonal. I will look around for a friendlier place that at least says something like good to see you and how are you even when they don't mean it. read more

Dr. Camp and his team are amazing. I had my first root canal therapy done yesterday and while I was nervous and anxious, Dr Camp and his assistant walked me through every step, told me what I would feel and hear and constantly made sure I was ok. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and get you in as quickly as possible. I have always been nervous to go to the dentist but Dr. Camp puts me to ease with his step by step directions. Beautiful, comfy and inviting. Today was my first visit and I was referred by my ENT. The front office staff was warm and welcoming. Arrive a few minutes early if you're new because there will be about four pages of forms. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back to begin my procedures. I was impressed with the latest technology that was used; I had never seen an X-ray machine like the one here. The dentist was super nice and explained the procedures. I left well-educated about what took place and my next steps. Going to the dentist can be painful but this office made it pleasant! read more

My first few visits with this dentist were wonderful. During covid I was charged extra fee and was told it was due to covid. On one of my visits I was told I was overcharged and I allowed them to leave a credit on my account. Before I had a bridge I paid in full. I was told by staff I paid in full. Than I received an additional $25 bill. Their front office sent it to a collection agency. Their front office staff is very confused I am being overcharged or being told I didn't pay enough. Great dentist. Front office staff is the reason I will never come back. They are not detail oriented and either over or under charge patients. Unnecessary mistakes. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would... Broke my tooth on a Saturday and this was the only place open for business. When I went in, I paid my deductible and got a temporary tooth and all was well.... Until.. I went back for my permanent tooth and they made a "MISTAKE" and my insurance wouldn't cover it. So it was either pay another $350 or have a temporary tooth in. So I paid it... When they went to put the now $600 tooth in my head... it was the WRONG color. For the mistake they gave me a "complimentary" teeth whitening and fluoride and FORGAVE them for one tooth behind DARKER than all the rest!!! A week goes by and they call me trying to bill me for the whitening and fluoride.. and I said I was not paying that. Then the receptionist told me she plans to send it to a collections agency! This business is a JOKE! "Doctors" should be smarter than to treat clients like this. DISGUSTING! read more

I've always hated dental visits, especially mixed with my anxiety. And this place only made it worse. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 2 years, so my first visit here was decent.. they were patient with me and my lack of excitement. Then we found some cavities. Keep in mind, I'm an adult and I've never had any, so this was all about to be so new to me. I make an appointment for a day to get a fill and leave. Fast forward, I'm here to get my cavity filled. I remind them I've feared the dentist my entire life, so they numb me up real good & drill away. They periodically stopped to make sure that I was still comfortable. All was good. About 2-3 weeks go by and my tooth is still unbearably tender & I can't eat anything. Is this normal? If so, this is awful and I don't ever want any more cavities. I go in for a check up & they mention the fill was not evenly filed? Whatever, because it wasn't shaped properly, it was causing pressure when I would bite down..... then they drill away to file it down. Tears started streaming down my face. No gas, no numbing, NOTHING. They stop and ask if I would like numbing meds.. hello, is that even a question? He says he only had another 45 seconds so I pushed through it, to be handed Kleenex to wipe away tears. Thank you. *also, why let your kids come see you while you have a patient in the chair? #uncomfortable An entire year later, that one tooth is SO sensitive that I can't eat or drink anything on that side. I have spent over $6000 at this establishment in an attempt to resolve two root canals and various other orthodontic needs for my wife. This outfit requires full payment before services which is fine. We paid in full, received services commensurate with our expectations. Later, we received a $25 balance due letter because they didn't charge enough? Or something? We ignored it. Now, months later we were reported to the credit reporting agency for their mistake. WOW. This company has not only lost the best kind of patient you could possibly want - the kicker is that this was over $25 dollars. Wow.
