Additionally, the margins were poorly smoothed leading to chronic gingival irritation. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Coambs, she made adjustments to the resin without charge. However, she denied my experience, blamed my gingival irritation on pregnancy, and made multiple false statements to me and my husband. My concerns were corroborated by another Bioclear specialist who has more advanced training. He revised the work and I am MUCH happier with the results! I would advise doing thorough research regarding Bioclear and finding a more experienced practitioner before you proceed.

After completing my 6-month checkup and cleaning, I was told that I need to have a few filings and treatment for a cracked tooth. At no time was I told the practice was out of network. I proceeded to make an appointment to treat the cracked tooth and fillings. In the meantime, I referred my wife and adult son to this practice. Fast forward, after treating my hairline cracked tooth, I was told that my insurance was out of network and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the balance. I was shocked but paid the balance for current visit and told them to cancel my future appointments because I need to find a doctor in network. In the meantime, my wife and son went for check-ups and were never told the insurance was out of network. I asked my wife and son to cease going to this practice. A few months later, I received a $2k bill for all of us. I asked Arboretum Dentistry to separate the bill and they refused. Now my account is in collections because Arboretum Dentistry is stating that I am responsible for the entire bill. This saga has been going on for over a year and to date, Arboretum dentistry has not disclosed why they will not separate the bills and why they proceeded to provide treatment for my wife and son knowing full well their insurance was out of network. I suspect others have had similar experiences and Arboretum dentistry should be held accountable for going out of their way to deceive their patients for a quick buck. Avoid Arboretum Dentistry, their shady business practices should be looked into by the Better Business Bureau as well as the American Dental Association.

He is a great diagnostician and has recently found that I need a root canal in a tooth with an old crown; He said it is best if you can keep the tooth, so I believe I will do the root canal. Later Dr. Sobin will re-crown the same tooth. I cannot emphasize enough how articulate, how empathetic, and how skillful he is, and very confident. He was able to put me at ease despite my apprehension at having a couple of small biopsies performed. His staff was very attentive and made sure I was feeling ok before I left the office. I rather give them no star if possible due to my personal experience with this entity. Let's keep in mind that I have been coming to this Dentistry for over a decade. They take X-Rays just about every visit, see a Cavity and do nothing but let my mouth ROT. During my last clean up, i felt the Dentist trying to feel something with one of his instruments on my upper molar, was sent Home and told nothing. Several months later before my next upcoming regular visit, on a Saturday, while having a drink, i felt sensitivity on the very same upper molar. I called them and left them a message on their answering machine. I was contacted the very same Monday. I then learn that i had a huge Cavity and might need to be extracted. Thankfully, I was able to get a root canal and saved it. You will think that nothing else have happened but NO it got worst. I later returned after His referral to get the Root Canal to his office to make some adjustments. He then finds (3) more Cavities.
