Just from the looks of it, I would have to agree. Being in IT, I know when little things are out of place and its the little things that make all the difference. Let me tell you (not knowing much about plumbing), these guys had everything in place and in an orderly fashion. Properly labelled pipes, state of the art products and from the looks of it, had tons of experience in this area. I work with modern technology all the time and would have to say that when the Forman showed me around and what types of plumbing technology they were installing, I was blown away! I had no idea all the tech that is now involved within this area. I thought the profession was kind of behind with technology and sort of playing catch-up... I had no idea the setup they that was involved with some of the plumbing equipment. Remote-in with your phone to adjust the temperature of your water heater and analyse just about any stats you want? WHAT? Seriously, Yeah, these guys know their S#it. He began to tell me these guys are the ones to call even if I had a small plumbing concern and that they are the most reasonably price contractors around. In addition, handed me a their number on a scrap piece of paper, should I ever need them in the future. None, the less my friend recently bought a house and they happened to call them and they did all the plumbing in their house ha! Crazy! They began to tell me how nice of a crew they are and how efficient they were with the installation upgrades and their requests, that even they recommended them to me. That's twice now from two different sources that when the time comes for me, I will certainly call these guys and have them do all my plumbing needs. I would not feel comfortable having someone else do the work, when my closest friends tell me they are good. Seeing first hand what these guys can do on the job site I was working at, it is certain I will call them. When I reviewed the itemized costs, they broke down the costs as being ~$750 dollars in labor. That $750 is further broken down into two men working 4 hours each, from 10 am- 2 pm. In addition, I paid for a "smoke test" $150, which they had to come and do a the next day. First of all, they arrived well after 10 am the first day, the second guy arrived close to 11 am. They left ~15 minutes before 2 pm, so their costs for labor are off. Additionally they told me the next day that they would come at 10:30 to perform the smoke test (which I had already paid for the day before). At 11:10, I called their office and asked where they were. The wife is the secretary. She asked me who I was, and she made a comment "you are the person who's furnace my husband cleaned yesterday, he was so dirty when he came home." Lady, your husband cleans furnaces for a living and he charged me over $1,000 yesterday, he better have gotten dirty. These guys are crooks, find someone else!

We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone.
