Your plumber can get a wholesale discount on things, and you may get a discount, but prices are much higher than a Home Depot and almost double ordering online in some cases. I'd recommend going in and finding what you like, then have them write things up with model numbers and quotes with discounts. Then check things online and at HD. Their worth the extra money if you're working with a contractor or plumber, then pick everything out and let the plumber order, get their pricing and pick everything up. Amazing bath stuff though...

I called multiple facilities with either no answer or inability to come out to help. I called Steve at Victory Plumbing who answered the phone right away on a Sunday afternoon. Although he was not able to get out that day due to other appointments, Steve gave me step by step instructions on how to stop the water to the tub until he could get out to look at the situation. The next morning he showed up exactly when he said he would and was able to look at the job and find the piece needed to fix the job. He came back later that day with the part and fixed my leaking tub. Very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATING (from 5 stars to 1) as of 7/12/18: I reached out to Pro. Drain Svcs. to see if they could help my parents with a water leak problem. I was advised, via yelp chat from the business owner, to have them call directly. My parents called and had an appointment scheduled for a Fri. morning at 10:30 am. After waiting all morning and afternoon no one from this company showed up. Worst of all no one called to explain/reschedule. I send the business a message inquiring about what happened and received no response. It is a week later and I am still waiting. How embarrassing to provide a glowing referral to someone and have it turn out to be such a bad experience for them. Will seek services else where in the future.

He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.
