I guess I had a pretty interesting review from this place, I think one thing they should be…read moreincredibly up front with at the beginning of the purchase or even when you get fitted, is that you can not return the suit. It takes a while to ship because it is coming in all the way from China so expect a 3-4 week wait til you find everything and it may not come fitted to your needs. I ended up spending around 250 for a nice suit, although I waited around a month to get the suit. I think better to just head to a tailor or another online alternative. The store is nice and the associates are nice too. I also believe you guys should allow a cash option when buying from the store. Will probably buy a suit from somewhere else the next time

I do not do trends such as wearing skinny/slim or overly loose clothing, I prefer a classic fit, consisting of (very) straight leg dress pants. Well, my numerous requests while being measured to have a suit customized my way was too much for Indochino to handle. My suit arrived tighter than I asked for, "young" as we say in my neighborhood. Getting the product altered would require another appointment, a separate type of an appointment than getting measured that isn't easy to come by, that availability can be weeks away. Bottom line: After you purchase from Indochino, you're pretty much pushed out of the door unless you're back to spend more money. Well, I won't be back. There's better value elsewhere!

My son's Barber got a rip. Brought jacket in, and Tom masterly repaired jacket on Busy Easter Saturday. Both Tom & Marty are patient and kind with all "Mom Questions" for my family. Looking forward to John Hyatt brand sneakers. The store always has classics and cutting edge, stylin foot ware, clothing and all the accessories. Thanks so much for Wonderful shopping experience for Our Family Greatly Appreciated. Looking forward to Spring Line shopping.

Last Saturday I popped in and was greeted by a very civilized emporium. The shelves are stocked with what seems to be a carefully curated selection of shirts, pants, sweaters, socks (great socks) and outerwear. I found that they were having an end of season sale and I grabbed a $200 quilted winter jacket for an amazing $50. It's top quality from a good tailor. The goods inside are clearly something that the owner has tested personally and, naturally, wears himself. The brand names read like a who's who of high end clothiers so prices tend to reflect that. Quality never is cheap. Like good clothes but don't want to go through the mall experience? Try shopping here. Street and off street parking available. Great, personal service. Very civilized atmosphere. Recommended.

I had the one guy working there follow me around. He didn't bother asking me if I needed help. Just hovered around the area. Didn't realise he was following me. I came to do an exchange. He, Issac, couldn't scan my receipt. So instead of figuring things out, he accuses me of not even buying that pillow because he cannot scan the receipt. He argues with me. And he wouldn't give me my phone back. He made me beg him to give me back my phone. I had to beg him and say please just to give me my phone back. He then goes and calls the manager. I show them my receipt on my phone. Issac is still hogging my phone. Manager has to say, "Issac give her back her phone." He kept holding on to it. He finally gives it back. Manager is smoothing over the situation, explaining that if I have to exchange the pillow maybe this pillow isn't for me. Down pillows have a smell. Instead of using my time and picking the same pillow, pick a different pillow. Manager goes, "Issac process her return." Mind you, this man doesn't argue with his manager. He treated me with such disregard and disrespect. Thank god for the manager. Thank god for the ladies working downstairs at Coach for making me feel heard and listened to. The guy working at home department did not apologize to me for his mistake.
