Quality product but bad service. My wife sometimes buy stuff from here and some decent styles. However, whenever we try to return something or get service, it's always hassle. They are just not willing or not trained to help customers. read more

I had used this store to get a pair of Ferragamo's resoled and prior the work and service was exceptional. This most recent visit makes it so I can not give the same. I needed my shoes done again and I was thinking of getting another pair while I took them in for a rehab. I was met by what was supposed to be a senior associate Jonathon I believe, greeted me with a little attitude but I chalked it up to just the environment I was in at first and that I wasn't dressed properly apparently. When I inquired about getting my shoes resoled he lost even more interest in me. That is until I walked around the store and had to come up to him and inquire about a couple types of shoes if they were available in my size. He checked and they had availability in my size. Cool! I thought. He rings me up and then says that my shoes will be "mailed to me" in a few weeks. I'm like. Hmm. No!! I want those or another pair you have. He said he couldn't do that. HUH? Couldn't give me shoes?? I'm like whatever and I leave with nothing but a receipt. After dropping off a pair of a Ferragamo's paying for another I leave with nothing. I get a call from the store about a week later about my repair, the repair work is phenomenal!! Truly top notch. They use a company in New Jersey whom I've used since skipping the retailer. They give me a quote on my voicemail and I call them back confirm and I ask about my order and she knows nothing of it. So after a little complaining I end up canceling the order and picking up the shoes the next day at Saks. Now the price quoted for the repair was also not initially honored either until after I had made a few choice words and some others then complained they honored the price given. That's why it's 2 stars. Not 1. At the end of the day the manager made it right financially. A proper store shouldn't have to make things right and instead should DO things right in the first place. read more

Wife and I own many many Ferragamo items and have never ever had such terrible service as this store. We needed some flats for her for our trip in Boston. The two guys working there at 1:24-2:00 on 7/4/19 were on their phones and didn't even make contact with us. They followed us around with the normal "make sure they aren't stealing" walk but never asked to help. We walked across the hall to Tods and made our purchase. They were GLUED to their phones GLUED and lost a $350-$500 sale. Can't believe it. Let's see if they say anything about this post. read more

I really love Ferragamo products. From shoes, belts to handbags and great other little assersiors, Ferragmo is all about class and grace. I've shopped at the Copley and also the Natick stores and both I have received great customer service without the snobbish look and stalkerish feeling as you sometimes get in other high end stores. They all are very helpful and the make you feel at ease. I also do like the hand written thank you note sent to my house a few days later telling me about future product lines and stuff. It just adds a great feeling to your purchase. I just always have a great experience with them. read more

Will never step my foot in there again unless all the sale associates learn how to treat everyone equally. Just because I look like a teenager when I am actually in my mid twenties( yup I got good genes!) NO ONE I mean NO ONE even bother if I needed any help. I stood at the men's belts section for a good 15 min trying to figure out the measurement( btw, they never even greet me when i walked in) Finally I asked one of the two Sale associates that just stood around, do nothing and was clearly spying on me because I don't look rich enough or for whatever reasons. The snobby, ugly attitude Asian woman was very unprofessional with her answers to my questions. Omg I wish i could slap her right there. Not only did anyone help me but one of the SAs ( the only female there - evening of April 27 ) kept staring me and my partner down as we waited for someone to help us. I asked her if a shoe came in a different color .. she said no.. and I just had to go on the website to know that she was BSing. It's a comfortable environment, nothing too pushy, just friendly people who know their product. Not a big fan of the customer service at this store. I was honestly kind of shocked because I was expecting much better service. The salesperson seemed helpful at first, but then became increasingly annoyed that I wasn't 100% satisfied with her suggestion (it wasn't what I was looking for). She was rude and clearly did not know a thing about their products. I showed her a shoe online that I was looking for, which they didn't have on display, to which she responded "I don't know, are you sure you're looking at the US website? Because if you're looking at the China website, they may have different products." And then proceeded to convince me that I was showing her the shoe she had in her hand (which by the way was a 2-3 inch difference in heel height). read more

Meaghan at Ferragamo is one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest sales people I have ever worked with in my life. As I can not review other salespeople at this store because I have not worked with them, Meaghan has gone out of her way in assisting me in finding the belt and shoes I wanted in my sizes, while holding a conversation and being an overall pleasure to conduct business with. When spending 1000 dollars, a certain level of customer service is expected and some stores are notorious for being snooty, but in this Ferragamo Meaghan is not only personable, attentive and dedicated. All salespeople not only Ferragamo ones should be as good as she is. read more

Prices are the same as any other store in Copley (Saks or Nieman Marcus) so nothing special there. But what really gives this store such a horrible review is their return policy. If you don't bring something back within 14 days (even if it is a Christmas gift) you are out of luck and stuck with it. I like Ferragamo's products (have shoes and belts) but hate this return policy. If you want Ferragamo, go to NM or Saks, or even online to Nordstrom, who all have good selections on Ferragmo products and MUCH more lenient return policies. read more

I went there a few days ago, and the staff was friendly. I was greeted upon arrival and walked out with a fab tote. Giving us water on a silver platter was a nice touch as we waited for the sales associate to go in the back and get me a brand new tote. I will shop here again...I need a belt. read more

When you seek beautifully crafted italian shoes, but your feet are freakishly large and wide, it really limits your options. Luckily Ferragamo offers pretty much their entire catalog in wide widths and their Copley staff will order upon request if the shoe you desire is not in-store. While the shoes are decidedly pricier than the usual mall fare, as long as they are taken care of they wear incredibly well and last forever. read more
