I have been to this thrift mall - and all the others in Columbus. My impression is, these thrift…read moremalls are loaded with a lot of stuff people don't want to sell. I suspect the prices are so high to cover the rent and realize a profit. Books are so WAY overpriced I can't believe it. For a buck I can load up on brand new books at Dollar Tree - often very good titles and authors. And Goodwill and Valley rescue Mission have great selections. If you're into history, a lot of books from the hoi polloi at Fort Benning end up in these places. Many excellent titles. Granted, for a buck old VHS tapes can be a steal and you can swoop on some excellent titles. Most of the tapes I get still play with no problem. But I never buy DVDs because they usually don't let you open and check for scratches or other defects. Yard sales are a much better option for those predisposed to going 'junking'...

The kind lady calls for assistance and out came a tall thin old man wearing glasses. He literally didn't even TRY to help me. I opened my trunk and I put the ottoman in myself and said "the chair can go into the back seat, he tried to shove it in. Didn't fit the first time so he threw the chair into my trunk and said "How far do you have to drive?" He said he couldn't help me anymore and he LEFT. So here I am a women in her third trimester outside in the scorching sun lifting a heavy chair into my back seat AND GUESS WHAT?! It fit :) For a Christian store, some of their employees aren't very kind and helpful. Rude!

Overall pretty cool to stop in and have a look around.

It's clean, organized and the prices are fabulous! I travel from Columbus to Hamilton, at least once a month, just to shop at Focus or make donations. My advice when shopping there is to take your time and be sure to look up! I've found some of my favorite buys, up high on shelves. I've purchased home décor, linins, children's toys/books, clothes, furniture, cookware and new shoes in the boxes, at Focus! Many name brand items can be found there. It's only opened for shopping on Thursdays - Saturday, so check out their website for times and special occasions. You'll be glad you discovered Focus!
