I have been to this thrift mall - and all the others in Columbus. My impression is, these thrift…read moremalls are loaded with a lot of stuff people don't want to sell. I suspect the prices are so high to cover the rent and realize a profit. Books are so WAY overpriced I can't believe it. For a buck I can load up on brand new books at Dollar Tree - often very good titles and authors. And Goodwill and Valley rescue Mission have great selections. If you're into history, a lot of books from the hoi polloi at Fort Benning end up in these places. Many excellent titles. Granted, for a buck old VHS tapes can be a steal and you can swoop on some excellent titles. Most of the tapes I get still play with no problem. But I never buy DVDs because they usually don't let you open and check for scratches or other defects. Yard sales are a much better option for those predisposed to going 'junking'...

Looks like the place used to be an old grocery store or warehouse at one time. No it's a thrift mall. They have all sorts of items in here. In our opinion we feel Joeys Thrift Mall is very organized and easy to walk around and find things. We were very impressed with the furniture section in the back. Wow they have very nice second hand furniture here that you must check out. It worth us driving from Jax up here and taking it back if we found something we needed. Definitely check this place out if you are ever in the area! I only took a few photos but there's a lot more to see!

It's clean, organized and the prices are fabulous! I travel from Columbus to Hamilton, at least once a month, just to shop at Focus or make donations. My advice when shopping there is to take your time and be sure to look up! I've found some of my favorite buys, up high on shelves. I've purchased home décor, linins, children's toys/books, clothes, furniture, cookware and new shoes in the boxes, at Focus! Many name brand items can be found there. It's only opened for shopping on Thursdays - Saturday, so check out their website for times and special occasions. You'll be glad you discovered Focus!
