This seems to be a low‑cost, high‑volume operation where work feels rushed, quality suffers, and service is mediocre at best. It appears Joe relies heavily on tech to move quickly, which is fine with me, but when questioned, it seems he has no time to dig into the numbers to address the questions (never explained the discrepancy in the depreciation schedule). This experience was stressful, disappointing, and far below my expectations. I do not recommend this firm.
