We paid $1,200 for tax services; a 1099 employee filing and a part-time employee filing, simple form data entry yet, they took months to complete. They called us on the very last day for filing April 14,2016 since the month we handed over our documents on February, "hard to believe right"? We kept calling every week to request status and the excuse was always "we are working on it" or they would have questions that unless we called they would not ask, while on the phone. They are so irresponsible we will never request their services again, we felt ripped off completely! To make matters worse, 3 months after filing we receive a letter from the IRS that we needed to re-send a missing form that later we learned this company failed to file, ending up having to pay to file late and penalties. This company is the worse!

I reached out to Eddy with Mathieu Accounting because of the great reviews, 2 days before Christmas, and he responded immediately while he was on vacation! He had me e-mail him my taxes to review them and knew instantly what the issue was with them. He gave me advice on how to resolve my issue with my taxes over the last couple of years and spent a good amount of time patiently explaining everything. I am so incredibly thankful as I have been overly stressed for some time now trying to get help from other companies to figure this out and no one wanted to be bothered. But with an ever-expanding to-do list and a great fear of missing another filing deadline, I sent up a last minute plea for help and like Batman, Craig came to my rescue! The other Yelp reviews were right. Craig was so helpful. He didn't berate me for getting caught in the filing deadline crunch, but instead he put me at ease and quickly outlined an action plan. Thanks again Craig for your professionalism, clear communications and hard work. Looking forward to using your services again next tax season, only earlier--I promise!
