They even have a second monitor at each desk so you can look at what they are doing without staring at a tiny font across the desk. Last year Irina did my taxes. This year it was Henrry (yes with 2 r's). My apt was at 7pm and I was actually sitting at a cubicle at 701pm! I highly recommend this location. The 2 times I've been it never been crazy busy. Terrible. I engaged this shop two years ago to file a petition to reduce my property taxes. Eventually, I decided to ask for my file, including the petition I engaged them to file for me. I asked for six months, and while I got regular uninvited emails soliciting me to sign up again, nobody sent my file. On the fifteenth or so ask, a person finally told me to refer to all the communications they sent me before, but there's nothing substantive in any of them. Since they did not give me a copy of a petition filed on my behalf and instead only referred to their communications with me previously, none of which had a copy of the petition I hired them to file, I conclude that they never gave me any of the services I engaged them for. Find another business if you're going to to this - these folks aren't going to help you - they're just going to try to get you to engage them so they can claim you owe them money later. (Update: The same day I posted this review, they sent me the petition. I'm updating this review to reflect that they did give me the service I asked for. I still won't work with them again. This was way too aggravating.)
