Two hours and $44 later I pick him up, not one hair on my dog had been cut. I asked why they didn't cut his hair when I was very specific about the hair cut I wanted. The woman said you didn't tell us you wanted a hair cut. I said "what are they talking about we had two conversations about it when I made the appointment and when I brought my dog in." Like many other places, it seems like they're dealing with a staffing shortage. Only one person was working the register, and when we needed assistance with the crickets there was only one associate available who was also helping 2 other families with fish purchases at the time.

Walking in for the first time was the cutest thing. I looked to my left and saw an area for the dogs to be able to sit for instagram photo ops. I just loved that. Right in front were tons of different toys and birthday treats which is exactly what we were interested in for our girls. The employees were friendly and asked if there was any assistance that we needed but with everything on beautiful display it wasn't hard for us to pick what items we wanted to get them. As an everyday expense, I would say that this is a little high-end but for special occasions I think it's just perfect to be able to spoil your furry best friend(s). Our girls especially love dog friendly ice cream and they have that available so that was one of the number one items on our list. Once we got home with the girl's gifts and they got to enjoy them, and I would say they definitely gave them two paws up.

I was charged for de-matting. What exactly was done? Why shave her? I rescued her from a breeder and she was shaved but NOT like she is now. I cried. I've had her groomed before & decided to try Petco because it's closer to me and because it was recommended to me. She was a fluffy cute dog and now she's, not even sure how to describe her Never again!!!! I saw Brittney on my out of the store and I told her how unhappy I was. Her response was "I told you I had to shave her". I think she went overboard. It really is hard to put into words how upset and disappointed I am with the whole experience.
