    Two scoop cone

Love, Love, love Salt & Straw and this now location in the Seaport area of Boston is excellent! There was a short line when we arrived, and it moved along quickly. The Ice cream flavors at Salt & Straw are always unusual, and I love that they allow you to sample multiple flavors before you make your decision. I went with a two scoop waffle cone with Pistachio Ricotta Cannoli and Honey Lavender (my favorite). It was sooooooo good! My daughter went with a cup of Freckled Mint Chocolate Chip and Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons. This location is large and airy, and there is seating outdoors, but we opted go go a few steps further and eat our ice cream by the water. Salt & Straw is a little more spendy than other ice cream places, but in my opinion, it is worth it for the unusual flavors and the freshly made waffle cones.

This location recently opened last week and it's so good! They recommend you to try all the flavors!! I really wanted the cool dog and walked out with that and a two scoop ice cream in a bowl. The scoops are more than decently sized and ideal to share. That staff was so friendly and really looked like she enjoyed what she was doing so we had a fantastic experience while there. It wasn't overly crowded either. I really recommend trying the cool dog. It looks intimidating became it appears big but that's all there is to it. So try it and every flavor!!

Our first attempt at Salt & Straw was on a Saturday night, but the line was out the door and down the sidewalk, so we came back another day. We ordered the Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons and Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, both in waffle cones, plus a Tacolate Ice Cream Taco to take home. The Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons was my favorite. Our server was very friendly and even gave us some good tips on the best days and times to return and avoid the crowds. Creative flavors, generous portions and a cool space. Definitely worth a visit, just choose your timing wisely.

I loved the quality of the honey lavender ice cream and how unique it was. I thought the waffle cones weren't well executed. People take a really long time to try each flavor as they are not traditional ones.

WOW!! Wholeheartedly impressed by this establishment. From the service (generous samples and recs, all with a smile) to the quality of ice cream (seriously boston's best), I've already been 2x within opening week. The ambience is energetic with lines of excited customers, sometimes out the door. With 3 staff scooping, a line to the door is about a 15min wait. Parking in seaport is tough, but this spot is well worth it. There are standing tables within the store, benches right outside, and tables within 50 feet. Price point is as expected for luxury ice cream in Boston - $8/scoop, $11 for a double scoop after tax. Can't wait to keep trying more flavors.

New ice cream spot opened in the seaport is exactly what was missing! The staff was very nice and helped explained the menu. For me, I am a traditional ice cream type of girl so I struggled to find something that didn't make me think twice about ordering but I settled on hazelnut cookies and cream. The ice cream was rich and creamy and definitely could taste the hazelnut. For the price and the exotic favor options, I'm just not sure if it is the right place for me.

Unique ice cream flavors. The smell of the waffle cones will draw you inside, even if you didn't want to try. Pretty expensive. One scoop in a bowl was $10.

Waited in line for 40 minutes night of the opening. I like that they have different stations so they can serve different people at once, which is better than the layout of most ice cream shops where it's a one way line. Favorite flavors were berry pie, Boston cream pie, and apple cinnamon. Parking can be pretty tough here though

I absolutely love their vegan Strawberry and Coconut sherbet! It's so sweet and satisfying, and the flavors are delicious. The employee who scooped all my samples and helped with my order was super sweet and friendly. His manager was definitely keeping him on his toes though lol. The seaside location is excellent, and I also loved the sustainable sampling setup. They use reusable metal sample spoons instead of little plastic ones, which is such a nice touch! Congrats on opening, Salt & Straw!

Strawberry Honey Balsamic Black Pepper... may be the best ice cream I've ever had, the depth of flavor in the strawberry was amazing.

I've also made a customized version of the demogorgon to add caramel core and fudge sauce. You mostly taste the toppings more than the actual ice cream. The demogorgon is great for the chocolate on chocolate craving. I didn't like the Vader as much because the frosting on top is too sweet. Cannolis and cream I subbed the Oreo frosting with their homemade whip. Their whip doesn't taste like anything sadly and their frosting is overpowering. I probably wouldn't get this again since all you taste is the chocolate chips and a hint of Oreo. The yogurt itself was bland. For the blueb sundae I love the fresh blueberries, pudding and crumb topping. It's very nice for a fruit ice cream just wish the ice cream was more flavorful. Order online for easier pickup as there is only 1 screen to take orders at and no seating inside. Quick service. Has picnic tables outside to sit and not too bad to find parking on the street. Has some little tables but limited and twinkly lights at night. Staff seemed very stressed when people crowd around and needs better organization of the pickup area vs ordering vs waiting to avoid this frustration/rudeness from the staff.

We got pretty lucky while roaming around and stumbled across what looks to be a new food hall that features a cool looking little ice cream shop called Crescent Ridge. Was I hungry? not really. Did I need ice cream? not at all. Did I order some since I probably won't be back for years? You betcha! I ended up ordering a two scoop cone with some form of cookie monster style ice cream as well as a scoop of double chocolate (or something like that). I was expecting two regular size scoops, but no, this cone was massive and dripping all over my hand (luckily, they offered a little bowl in case it melted to much) and I went to work on this thing. Both of the ice cream flavours were super rich, tasty, and really hit the spot (not of hunger, but of being cold) on a hot and humid New England day. Overall, Crescent Ridge is in the perfect location for grabbing some desert after eating at the food hall. The prices were reasonable, the kids working were great, and the ice cream gets a big thumbs up.
