Wonderful dinner. Their margs are very tasty and I had chicken enchiladas which had the perfect amount of sauce!

Just ate some below average chilly cheese fries for $18. Will not be going again be careful what you choose from menu. Also parking is very confusing and sketchy don't leave anything in sight.

I've known of this place for such a long time, but just finally stopped in today and so glad I did. I had the biggest craving for soup. They have a great looking menu but I ended up with a michelada and menudo. Although I prefer Pasole, I took a gander on the menudo, and it was perfect. My friend got the shrimp soup and that was delicious as well. I came with a hangover but left with smiles. I'll definitely be back!

Bloody Mary

Food was good, ordered a poblano burrito and got poor man steak. We kept it. The bloody Mary's were ok, needed a Tecate to Dr. them up. Brunch for two was $74. Gonna try for lunch since they have a deal to taste more dishes cause the combination was terrific. .

All delicious and excellent service, the manager Jose is very nice

The steaks and chops are outstanding, the seafood is excellent, and we've never been disappointed with a meal. The staff is fantastic--professional, friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. The atmosphere is exactly what a high-end steakhouse should be: upscale and comfortable without feeling overly formal. Whether you're looking for a great steak, chops, seafood, or just a nice evening out with excellent food and service, The Butchery never disappoints. There's a reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

They have their own parking lot so finding a spot is not an issue. We were welcomed in and decided to sit in the bar area to the right of the entrance. Julia and JD were tending bar and taking care of the patrons in that area. My husband chose the Proverb Cabernet, and I selected the Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio from the wine list for happy hour. Once we had our beverages we ordered some food. I had the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were tender and chilled just right. The cocktail sauce had a wonderful bite from the horseradish. He had the Bison Sliders. The sliders had Swiss cheese, tomato, pickle and Sriracha aioli sauce. He had one and was full. We took the rest home. While we were enjoying our selections, my husband noticed Julia making a Smoked Manhattan for another patron. The process was so interesting he decided to order one. She was kind enough to let us film her explanation of the drink and the sparks and flame that came with presentation. As he was enjoying his beverage, JD came by to check on us and asked if we were celebrating anything that evening. My husband explained his accomplishment and the amount of work that had gone into it. JD surprised us by bringing out a crème brûlée to share for the occasion. We will have this at the top of our list when we have a week night celebration.

It's such a classy restaurant and all the staff are very polite and knowledgeable on their menu. I love the elegance of this place, it's nice to not feel like you're in Colorado all the time. Raw Oysters: they have an amazingly fresh selection of small to large oysters which I love. They have good accompaniments with them as well. 10/10 Oyster Rockefeller: Personally I don't think the fennel works with them because it takes away from the natural oyster taste. 5/10 Grilled Octopus: Such a well rounded dish! The sides go perfect with the octopus. They also cooked it perfectly, I highly recommend this. 10/10 Fish Tacos: Again, their seafood for a land locked state is excellent! If you're a fish taco person you need to get this. 10/10 Clam Chowder: Another must get at Water grill, so tasty and they elevate it. 10/10 House Rolls: They are no longer free nor are they sourdough so it's honestly not worth it. 3/10 Mocktails: So tasty and done without truly being on the menu! 10/10

The spotty service continued throughout the evening, from the waitress not knowing the various oyster flavor profiles to being told they only had 1 whole fish left, out of a menu of 6. The lobster roll was mediocre, quite dry, while the oysters were delicious and flavorful. My partner had the shrimp scampi and it was also flavorful with large shrimp. The place is beautiful and huge! I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place fully, based on the price and experience.

What a delight! I've been reading about this restaurant for a while and decided to give it a shot…read more Am I ever happy that I did! It's a welcoming open dining area - not too big. It can get loud as it fills up, but not overly so. The stars of the night were the service and food! Delightfully irreverent but never forgetting that this is an elevated experience. The service was amazing. Friendly, fun, helpful and ever present. The food though was AMAZING. We opted for the walk with us where you pick the main & then you get all the apps & deserts on the menu. Absolute heaven! We had the Halibut and the pork belly Bo SSAM (lettuce wraps). Both were to die for! But another star of the show was the shaken chef rice. It's hard to explain, but made for one of the most surprisingly amazing things I've eaten in a while. Then the evening ended with red miso ice cream with chocolate shell, banana brule and other wonderful toppings. This place deserves their Michelin recognition for sure!

That said, I found the food to be good but not particularly exceptional. The service was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the experience. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of. The ambience is also a big part of the appeal, especially on a cool evening when you can enjoy the rooftop deck. It makes for a really pleasant setting and adds to the overall experience. One thing to be aware of when planning a visit is the 22% service charge. This is not necessarily a complaint, but it is something worth knowing ahead of time so there are no surprises when the bill comes. Remember, service charges do not pay your server. Overall, Hey Kiddo is a nice place for a relaxed evening, especially if you are looking for a good atmosphere, light bites, and excellent service.
