Each omelet was priced at $16 with cheese and bacon, and we included several vegetables on each. When our bill arrived, we were shocked. One omelet was $25 and the other was $22. We asked our waitress how a $17 omelet had increased so much and were told that Legends is now charging $1 for each and every vegetable added to an omelet. While it was listed on the menu, we didn't realize each vegetable would be an additional charge. It should have been communicated that EVERY additional vegetable will be $1! Our total came to $51 before tip--for two omelets. We expected it to be around $35. We understand that restaurants have had to raise prices, and we don't mind paying more for quality food. What is disappointing is the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed over basic vegetable toppings that have always been part of how we've enjoyed our omelets. The vegetables added to an omelet are so minimal, I don't understand the change. Sadly, this pricing change means we'll no longer be returning. It's disappointing to lose one of our favorite breakfast spots over a pricing policy that just doesn't feel like a good value anymore.

Mind you, kids can't sit near the bar, (which is right in the middle of the restaurant) you have to be 21 to do that. When I got my bill the steak was more than what the menu said. I didn't notice until I had already paid. I took a look at the menu again and yup it says $28 not $29.50. So did the price of the menu change and they haven't updated the menus....or did she charge me extra, but told me it was the same price? The food was ok. Steak was pretty good with added mushrooms, potatoes were cold with hard chunks of potatoes and the roll was kinda hard with melted butter.

Both came out extremely tough and chewy. My daughter had to spit out her bite because she got tired of chewing so we had to cut each piece into 1/2 cm pieces for it to be palatable. I've been to Brazilian steak houses before and beef ribs are usually the most tender and flavorful especially when there is bone. The server did say it was going to on the chewy side but I didn't think he was serious. Like why would you make meat intentionally chewy? For a $50 dish that came with no sides and worse than what we've made at home it's pretty disappointing. We also ordered a side of the grilled veggies which had some veggies that were so bitter and others that were undercooked and no seasoning. The purple yams were decent and the coquettes but again the pricing for each was exorbitant. Also because they have a somewhat open kitchen style concept the dining room got extremely hot and we were just dying to get out quickly. For two entrees, two sides, one app, a bottle of water and glass of wine a bill of $225 was not worth it. Sadly not a great experience.

Hmmmm. Nevertheless, it was all delicious. My wife's main entree was the butter chicken, and we both shared a saag aloo. I had my go-to chicken vindaloo, and it was delicious. The portion sizes are humongous, which is a nice departure from the typical Indian restaurant where you pay $15 and get maybe half the bowl that Jalwa provides. Overall, an excellent experience and will be back to patronize more often. Oh, and they're newly updated and revised menu is awesome! Dozens and dozens of options. It took us at least 10 minutes to get through it all to figure out what we wanted! Four stars for good food (and plenty of it), good service, and a nice new atmosphere as compared to Aroma. Everything is made from scratch and I couldn't help looking at all the neighboring tables to get an idea of what to try. Our waitress Ashley was really helpful and checked if the pesto was made with nuts as we have peanut and tree nut allergies in our family. Luckily there were no pine nuts or other substitutes and we could safely have it! We ended up getting quite a feast of plates and then topped it off with two desserts- the bread pudding and the German chocolate cake (couldn't come to a family agreement so had to get both!).
