When we arrived , around 12:30, there was a small glob of prime rib on the buffet ... the chef recognized this and brought out some more prime rib and made the comment " I would have prepared more if I knew I was going to have this many people ... what he served me on side was dried up whet leather ... the other side was a bloody pulp ...
