Super hostile with an overbearing 'teacher'…read more I had a scheduled facial here but left before the service started and did not proceed with the appointment. The intake process felt disorganized and unclear. There were multiple staff involved (including a supervising instructor and a student and others), but communication was indirect and not clearly explained at the start. I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.

I underwent Lipo 360 with a BBL and hip fat transfer with Dr. H in November 2025 and paid $11,500…read more Unfortunately, I am unhappy with my results. My waist appears uneven, with one side noticeably more defined and curved than the other. I was also disappointed with my left hip, which did not appear as evenly filled or shaped as my right hip. I returned for a smaller procedure to address the left hip. I was initially quoted $200 and later charged $800. In my opinion, the fat was not placed in the area the doctor had marked, and I remain dissatisfied with the outcome. Everything else about my experience was fine, but my concerns are specifically with Dr. H and my surgical results. I previously had breast surgery at this same location with a different surgeon who no longer works there, and I loved those results. Based on my experience with this procedure, I would not recommend this place. My advice to anyone considering plastic surgery is to take your time, consult with several surgeons, and carefully review their results before making a decision. I wish I had explored more options before choosing my surgeon.

Today August 19,2026 I went into the store with my mother who's battling cancer currently , it's been a rough 4 months undergoing chemo . My mother hasn't felt like herself within these months , today we went into the store to just restock on some of her favorites to start lighting up her days whenever she does her makeup , it was nerve racking entering the store with a wheelchair given we know stores aren't as handicapped equipped. Going into Ulta immediately we were received warmly , with questions if we needed help. We came across Noemi who helped us the whole time within the store , for the first time in a while my mom got to feel like herself again even if it was for a couple of minutes . Something as simple as going into the store to get items she had ran low on and tried new makeup shades lit up her day, it had been a while since my mom has even wanted to step out the house it took her convincing and today I'm glad we did. Noemi was more than kind , charismatic , helpful & patient , I want to give a huge thank you to her and hope her associates around her show her this review to let her know how amazing she's doing , she lit up the Ulta with her kindness and I hope she continues to do excellent things within her near future . Sometimes something that is an everyday task for associates simply isn't , I want this to be a moment that Noemi knows today she brought confidence to a woman who hasn't been herself in months , who's fighting cancer actively & for the first time in months she gifted my mom a moment of beauty . Thank you for what you did even if it may not seem big to anyone coming across this it mean more than anyone could realize .
