When an employee hits the…read morecontribution limit for 401k contributions in a year, they have no way to stop the deductions from an employee's paycheck. The biggest issue that affects me? They can't develop the necessary reports we need to run our business. For example, I need a simple headcount report that reports all the active and termed employees within a certain timeframe (not always on a calendar year basis) and they're not able to do that. I've been working with their report developers to get such a report and we're going in to our 9th month of "development" and they still can't get the report correct. Additionally, their "standard" reports keep changing. Some reports I need only on a yearly basis, but so far each year I go to use the report it's been changed from the previous year (different column orders, different data included in the report, etc.) and my macros and vlookup formulas no longer work properly. I'm in my second year with them and I have to keep changing MY process to get the data I need. Basically, they're unreliable and apparently have no idea what they're doing.

MassPay has been great! We use their services for two small businesses and they are soooo reliable!…read moreTheir rates are fair, and their customer service is excellent. I know I have met Marie and she is wonderful, so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. It's so great working with a company that understands our needs and also explains each step of the process. Also, I joined in on a free webinar they provided that was partnered with a local law office (I don't have my notes in front of me so I can't remember the name but will happily give them a review as well) and it was so easy and informative. They walked us through the changes in the MA sick leave laws. In tandem they went through explaining each portion of the law all the way down to what that means for liability and payroll. It was so easy to follow and understand, seriously great job! Thank you so much for being a company that is genuinely likable and not solely focused on being liked. Being a young female small business owner is no small feat, but working with MassPay has taken a huuuuuge strain off, by knowing that we are working with a company that also believes in the validity of a "handshake deal"

The ThriveHive staff are AMAZING!…read more This review has been long due because I can't explain how awesome they are in helping us out. As a chiropractic assistant in charge of online marketing, their work has helped my life a whole lot easier. I really like their online platform which allows me to help gauge and track who's been looking at our website, which webpage is the most engaging and can help measure how many people express interest in our practice, who would eventually become qualified patients. Their site is very easy to manage and attractive to use. Although there may be some kinks and bugs that I occasionally have run into on their site, the best part is that Adam, Chris, Nic and the rest of the Thrivehive staff are quick to fix the issues and are always striving to improve themselves. Whether you're new to the internet ..or someone who's relatively tech-savvy (ahem..;P), Thrivehive is the perfect place to start off in building and further developing your business! Our office was under their tutelage with weekly meetings that provided us advice on how to improve our webpage, understanding SEO basics as maintaining our online presence as one of the top Chiropractic offices in the Bay Area. We have successfully thrived through their help and I can't express how thankful I am to work with them. SO, if you're a small business looking to boost up your presence on the interwebs and on the street, look no further! Thrivehive is here! bzzzzz :)
