They helped us plan project details and provided us with a few options of technologies, explaining the pros and cons of each one. By this time we had had weekly follow-ups. Then we continued with the development phase of the project. Also, I want to mention our cooperation with the project manager. She constantly provides us with updates and solutions to issues that may occur. All the details of our communication were discussed during the initial stages, before getting into the development. Inoxoft has an excellent project management performance in terms of cost, quality, and time. As I mentioned before, I'm satisfied with weekly updates where the project manager informs us about the news, changes, and issues. It is too early to mention the deliverables, but it has been excellent work and cooperation with Inoxoft's team. They do a great job of introducing us to the solution they implement. I checked the website and saw that they closed at 5pm and wouldn't reopen until the following Monday. The funeral was on Saturday. I desperately drove to the shop hoping to find someone working late but they were indeed closed. I had to have those programs. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Woodbury Police and explained my situation. Called back and the lady didnt even remember our call. She sent me info and I emailed her my application. When it was time for my "free" appt I called the office and was put on holf for over an hour. I hung up and called back another 30 min later and was told something came up and I would get a call back. Another 15 min went by and I finally got a call from Meg who seemed to know what she was doing. During the call she said she would talk to her boss on whether they would take my case and would get back to me in a few days. never heard another word even after sending 2 more messages. Poor service and not recommended to be helpful for someone trying to get disability who has worked 36 years and has multiple medical problems.
