I wanted to have a very fast and secure solution that could be useful and at hand for drivers, as well as convenient for me, so that to receive all requests via one application, but not by calls, emails or some other ways. The project manager was very flexible and could transform my scratch ideas into reality effective solutions and retell how it could be implemented into an app functionality. They created a solution with a payment system integrated with Apple pay and Google pay. The application is easily installed. There are different modules when I first receive information and details from drivers and create a "ticket" for a certain affair. Each has status, for instance, it can be marked "in progress" when I start working on it. The system is just awesome for drivers because they can create the request themselves - describe it in a ticket in the system, send a voice email, images of fine, etc. Also, I requested a tool that would show my clients an average estimation for my services depending on the complexity of their case. That's why I need a payment system and Inoxoft proved to be pro at this. Everything works well, there are no delays, each transaction is always conducted properly. I had no more trouble with a mass of requests I received from drivers. The mobile application which we created generated one way of organizing the flow of constant messages and it is just great. I loved how Inoxoft structure their work, each step and each talk I had with a team was effective. I saw results after having a talk with PM and developers. And these were already implemented features or fixed bugs. The team is really skilled and I appreciate their contribution to the project. I'm the manager of a driver's license training company. INOXOFT designed and developed an educational app for both iOS and Android that instructs students on how to pass a driving test. They handled front- and backend development. They developed the software that helps me to teach people about the rules of driving. The practice app is supposed to detail to the students how to pass the test. It can be used on a mobile device or on a computer, made for both Android and iOS. There were three developers, three testers, and one project manager. Project management was good. They're very professional, which we appreciated internally.
