Creative Repute stole over $7,000 from me as a small business owner. I'm heartbroken by my…read moreexperience. They have done irreparable harm to me financially and emotionally. I have nothing to show except terrible sketches, demeaning emails from the owner and a loss of a big chunk of money. This review is long overdue. In April 2022 I hired them to do a light rebrand (basically a revamp and refresh). They sent me *horrible* pencil drawings as we reached the mark of them using up the $7000+ from my retainer... they reassured me this was normal- I just don't get how they spent so much and got barely anywhere on this project? When I told them I was unhappy, I was met with total defensive and inappropriate behavior from the owner Nile. They treated me like crap with accusatory language and faux 'flexibility' (giving me 2 options: I either pay another $7+k to keep working on this OR start over completely locking me in further and forcing me to continue with a company that clearly doesn't care about me or my brand... either way I was expected to forget and forgive the clear signs of a bad business and continue on to still owe them an *additional* $7+k -- $15k total when all is said and done). I knew they were not on the same page and tried my hardest to be open, communicative and concise about what I needed. At the beginning of this project I mentioned I was using money I received from a grant and I wonder how much that has gone into the fact that they will not under any circumstance refund me- very shady. As a business using retainers, they are legally supposed to hold the retained money in an account until the services are *fully* completed. Clearly they misused funds and ran out of money, unable to do any type of full or partial refund in good faith. They have refused to take responsibility in order to avoid what was right: at the very least a refund for the terrible drafted logos (that was my original proposal!: "please just refund me partially and let's part ways, I'm not happy!"). I believe they thought I'd be a quick flip client with big payout while not needing to do any of the real work (starting by putting me with a piece meal team with little to no experience-- I see you corporate greed). There was not care and love put into my project and they drained the retainer with fake busy body work... I've asked for receipts on how the money was spent and have yet to receive anything outlining precise deductions. Since August 2022 they have ghosted me. The last email was sent from their accountant telling me they can't process any type of refund... who does that? Your bookkeeper should not be emailing clients when the process is in contention and there are problems needing solving. Complete cop out. Small businesses especially- Do yourself a favor and hire another brand (there are so many other good ones!) that have actual good taste and are artistic while also being caring and kind. I wish I would have! photos are attached of the horrendous sketches that were received as my retainer hit just over -$7,000. I still have my original branding.. (onlo beauty dot com to see where we were starting from and how far off they were just in aesthetic sensibility).

I needed a logo and hired 2 graphic designers prior to Creative Repute. Previous designers were not…read moreable to capture what I was looking for, even after several edits. Creative Repute asked me a series of questions regarding what I needed and flawlessly executed more than what I was looking for the very first time. I have recommended several friends and family members to hire Creative Repute for their graphic designing needs and will be using them myself in future.

Good way to earn some extra dosh; usually in the form of a Visa debit/credit card…read more Pay is around $75-125 for an hour study to $200-350 for a 1-2 day one. You pretty much can only participate twice a year I think; although it may depend on the study. After you create your profile, I suggest you keep trying, even if you are ineligible a lot. The Philly facility is nice. The waiting room can get a bit crowded if the group is large. Refreshments are available, as is lunch(basic sandwiches, snacks, bevs) if you are on a day long "social issues" group. Staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating

Nice place to make some extra cash doing focus groups, in the form of a prepaid visa gift card…read more Sign up online to take surveys to see if you're eligible for the focus group. You can also follow them on FB to see available studies. You'll then recurve a call asking a few follow up questions, and checking your date/time availability for the study. I have only been in their office once for a focus group, and did another online chat-type discussion another time from home. Located centrally in Center City, and easily accessible from public transportation or driving. I also believe they validate your parking ticket for free or reduced parking if you drive. The office itself is expansive, although the waiting area is a tad dirty. They do put out drinks/food for you to have while you wait, which is probably the culprit of the stained/dirty rug. Be aware, if others doing the focus group with you are running late, be prepared for it not to begin on time. Personally I wish they would start on time & just not allow any late arrivals to participate, but it seems they were desperate to meet the quota of people doing the study, so doubt they'll stop late arrivals from being able to participate. Overall a nice place to earn some extra, quick cash. Just be prepared for it to run later than they say it will be.
