We booked with them to clean on a Saturday afternoon and explained to Jason Alexander that we had booked a uhaul to move later that day so we would need a team of people, not just one person. He reassured us that for the $240 deep clean it would be 3 people and since our house was empty it shouldn't take long. Since we were moving from Philly to NJ I asked if I could leave the door unlocked since the house was empty and we were moving that day with a small child. He said no I needed to be there to do a walk through the house with the cleaning team. I arranged for a sitter for my son as noon is is nap time and headed to NJ to let the cleaners in. To my surprise they were a no show. I waited about 20 min then called Jason Alexander who sounded like he just woke up from a nap. I explained I had driven to NJ to let the cleaners in and he said something along the lines of oh, yeah my bad, they called out. I immediately started panicking as the house was dirty and we needed it cleaned as we were moving in that day, which he knew. He was very nonchalant about people not wanting to work and it's hard running a business when people don't want to work. Well that doesn't explain why he didn't call me so I could make arrangements with proper notice about people calling out. I shouldn't have to call him after our scheduled appointment that he already took a deposit for $160.00, to have him tell me then. Not to mention his tune completely changed from over eager and singing praises about his cleaning company when we booked, to "the best he can do is rebook us or give us $15 off. Which is ironic bc his website charges $50.00 if you are late for your appointment and you have to reschedule. I had to literally beg him over the phone to find someone to clean our house because all of our furniture was getting moved in later that day. He kept saying how times are hard, people don't want to work, it's hard to run a business, it was a joke. And our backs were against the wall as he had our deposit already and it was now way past our appointment time with no one to clean our house. He finally found ONE person. Who they did a great job, that is why he is getting one star. She did 5 star work however, we were moving in while she was there as it was one person not a team of cleaners like he promised. So wet floors were being walked on as furniture was being moved into the house. She was cleaning while we were moving stuff in because that's the only choice we had. I wish I never went with this company. Or that they had the common decency to make me aware of the fact his team called out. AVOiD AT ALL COSTS!!!

They appear a family outfit, which I liked. We communicated via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional and friendly. And they were transparent and clear on their services and pricing. They were great sending multiple reminders to ensure no scheduling surprises, and they showed up exactly when scheduled! Their equipment is all self-contained, meaning no hose is run from a truck parked outside, which was critical on a day like today with single-digit temps! The 2-person team got right to work; they vacuumed first (which many don't!), then pre-treated, then got to work! I wish I had taken before photos, but let me say my one area was heavily blood stained by a sick large dog and they got that ALL out! They were methodical, detail oriented, and you can tell they took pride in doing a great job. And they did. The last photo below shows how much dog hair they removed from my carpet!!! They are a great value for the work, and had no hidden or extra charges. They came and completed the job for the price they quoted, and I was happy to tip! They are now my go-to for all my carpet cleaning needs. I haven't yet tried them for housekeeping, but I will! Based on the job they did today, they will be great there also! Call them for your carpet cleaning needs! Highly recommended!

Gave me a prototype of the online cart option 4 months into working with them, after checking it out and asking specifics about it, they removed the cart from my website and told me: I would have to spend another $5000 to get the cart we had agreed upon in the beginning. I tried to work with them on this by referring to our contract but they still would not provide the cart promised, nor would they give me access to the website that I paid $2,500 deposit for on the day the contract was signed. I tried to go to Justin Lynch (Denver's Head Associate) with this issue, he responded with an email stating simply that the money I had spent was ALL for SEO for a website that does not exist. I would not receive a website or a refund. I addressed a formal letter to him threatening follow through with the BBB and if necessary filing with a lawyer for personal claims. That was at the beginning of October. II have tried reaching out to Justin Lynch by phone as well with no response. I have received a bill everyday from them but that was the only response until today when the sales associate- Scott Trainer called me to tell me that they had continued work on the SEO and that it should be working great for the new website that I have created myself. He was also under the impression that I had recieved my refund as well. I have no idea where he got this impression from, but at this point I feel it is time to reach out for help.

I decided to work with these guys to learn more about reaching out to employers and landing interviews. I took the Networking, Resume and Interview package. I worked with John Roccia because he has had such an interesting career and I felt I really connected with him. He did a fantastic job with my resume makeover, I can see it working for me with my contacts as well as job sites. John is a big picture guy who gave me great direction that resulted in big impact on my search strategy. He was also happy to get down to the nitty gritties when I asked him a thousand questions on the little things that I needed to figure out. He was an amazing interviewer for my mock interview, and helped me prepare for the toughest questions that I dreaded. John also helped me connect with the local coach here at Seattle, Sara Dawson, so I could connect to her network. The self-study modules are quite intensive and although you end up doing a lot of work to complete the work they've cut out for you, you end up with great content that you can use for your interviews. The interview prep module was my favorite, and the research strategy they set was thorough. My only advice is to do more self-prep on the interview front, the research you do with the module is great and complete, but you will need to prepare for the STAR format and find your best behavioral interview answers before your mock interview so that you are ready. Overall, a very positive experience, I highly recommend their coaching modules and coaches.
