They helped us plan project details and provided us with a few options of technologies, explaining the pros and cons of each one. By this time we had had weekly follow-ups. Then we continued with the development phase of the project. Also, I want to mention our cooperation with the project manager. She constantly provides us with updates and solutions to issues that may occur. All the details of our communication were discussed during the initial stages, before getting into the development. Inoxoft has an excellent project management performance in terms of cost, quality, and time. As I mentioned before, I'm satisfied with weekly updates where the project manager informs us about the news, changes, and issues. It is too early to mention the deliverables, but it has been excellent work and cooperation with Inoxoft's team. They do a great job of introducing us to the solution they implement. This is the first time our company has worked with an offshore team. So far we have had a positive experience, and we will continue working with them.

When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis.
