Amazing spa - I went two days in a row! First day I had an incredible massage with Jen. She is…read moreoutstanding, she knows the body. Probably the best massage I have had in years, so good I went back the next day. Not only did she give me a massage, she explained more thoroughly than my doctor about what was going on with my body. Following the massage she recommended exercises to help me with my issues. After the massage I had a great pedicure. The following day I had the top of the line facial with Celeste. Again, amazing. At first I was a little concerned about the price, but they were having a special that included special exfoliations and the facial was an 1 1/2 hours. I was not sure I could handle that long of a facial....time flew, she is so knowledgeable and explained what she was doing through the process. She does a great facial massage, arm, and leg massage. I do not understand how this place does not have any reviews. But they are worth 5 stars.

New to Driggs I ventured into this salon this past September & SACHIA was my colorist. It's the end of January 2025 & I've spent countless hours and tons of money after SACHIA destroyed my hair. The worst part was she let me walk out of the salon without showing me the results in a mirror. She lifted my hair color until it was literally orange and tried to cover it up with darker toner. Zero integrity & unprofessional !!!!!! Stay clear of this salon, low quality & below average color. SACHIA especially. She does not have the experience. Costly color correction and major damage to my hair.

The salon was clean, sanitary and comfortable. My manicurist did stop during my manicure to get another client started with soaking off their gel. However, it didn't feel rude, rushed or disrespectful, not to mention the pedicurist continued working on my pedicure and I never felt like either technician missed a beat. It was truly a great experience, especially having my manicure done from the pedicure chair, what a nice treat that was. Thank-you Pearl Street Nail Salon for such a wonderful experience. They were able to fit us in with ease even day of. Nail artists were solid with designs, color selection was solid, I will give major kudos on the fact it seemed incredibly clean, not only the stations but also the tools. Where our issues lied: First, multiple people doing nails would just get up to work on other customers nails which delayed time for multiple patrons unexpectedly. The job generally felt rushed- this would be okay if the quality was also fine. One of my gel nails chipped within 24 hours of getting them done. Massive disappointment. The pricing was not bad at all, especially for a touristy area. But I guess you get what you pay for- cheap prices + rushed services = issues with product which I unfortunately faced. This place, I believe, would be solid if you're getting a super simple mani pedi last minute, need a single or two nails repaired, but would not suggest for full service if you're looking for a quality over price.
