She asked about any problem areas, and I explained a few spots in my back that are always tight. She spent a good amount of time on these, and they feel very relaxed afterward. The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I would highly recommend booking a massage at oasis with Kaitlyn!

They let her wait there for over 30 minutes until the allotted time passed, and she asked if they were ready. Mind you, my fiancée already felt immediately uncomfortable and judged the moment she walked in. I was on the phone with her the entire time. So you'd think that she got the haircut, right? Nope. Turns out, they thought she had left and wouldn't come back (which she did, very shortly after leaving briefly), so they scheduled over her. Without telling her. On top of that, the woman who told her this decided it would be appropriate to "get down to her level" by crouching. She is not a child. Considering my fiancée is very sweet and doesn't like confrontation, I decided to be the one that wrote this for her. Heavily disappointed in this salon and angered at the ridiculous, disrespectful treatment my fiancée got. This salon is beyond unprofessional to newcomers and does not create a warm or comfortable environment. This place by far was the least expensive of the places we found online - so much so that I was leery until I read through the reviews. Upon arrival, the ladies were very friendly, and while they do try to upsell you on lotions and essential oils, they weren't pushy about it. We were led to a pretty basic dimly lit room - no frills there - but the massage itself and the hot stones were great. $130 for a couples hour long massage just can't be beat, and I plan to treat myself (and the bf if he behaves) more often.
