FOR YOUR NATURAL OR RELAXED HAIR NEEDS!…read more If you are visiting the area and staying in Fairlawn, you are in look because this store is located along Market street and very easy to find. I needed to pick up some hair supplies so I just had my husband drive in a particular direction and there it was! The store is cavernous and has everything you could possibly need when it comes to hair, products, implements, accessories, make-up, various hats and other related Items. It was like the Las Vegas of hair and beyond! As I walked in, I was warmly greeted. I needed some assistance and advice so a helpful employee as well as the manager assisted me with my purchases. I was able to park my husband in a chair while I ran around exploring everything. It was perfect. *** I loved the urban vibe of this store and plan to return to purchase a souvenir prior to leaving the area.

The saleswoman treated me like I didn't know anything. And when it came time to ring me out, she argued with me about whether I was actually a professional hairdresser or not. I wish I could say this was the first time I was treated badly at this store, but it's not. The sales women are rude and very unprofessional. If you want to frequent Sally's, just make the drive to Howe avenue.

They had 75% off section of awesome stuff, which they promote in the store! I've noticed this location doesn't hound you asking if you need help or push products! But when you do have questions they jump at the chance! There was a product I bought 2 of and it was buy 2 get 1 free and I didn't notice and she pointed it out so I would get a free product! If there is a line forming they open the other register so you're not ever feeling rushed or a problem! Love this place! Now... to tend to these unruly locks!

Not sure what this Sephora's vibe is trying to be, but it's not good ... not good at all. Being a…read moreSephora Rouge for as long as it's existed, I know my fair share of Sephoras, how they operate, and what their expectations are. This location was far from meeting any of those standards. First, it started off well with a greeting, but it all went down hill from there. The girl that greeted my son and I seemed nice at first, but I honestly wish I knew her name, as she is far from brand expectation. Not only did she rudely ask me if I needed help when I was leaning over my stroller to see what my 2 y.o. son needed, she did it in an awkward accusatory way ... like she thought I was doing something sketchy. I wasn't ... I was trying to calm down my son who was getting antsy. Thennnnn ... when I actually did need help, she walked over like I had annoyed her and found me my item. When I asked how it compared to another item, she very extremely quick to say I DON'T KNOW and that was it. No trying to have any sense of sales or customer service. I again had to go find her and ask her a question about a discount on the APP and if it could be applied in store, and she dismissively answered I DON'T KNOW - I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE APP. Having also worked in retail before, this girl should find another job or be let go. I don't mind the "I don't know" ... what I minded was the accusatory attitude, dismissive responses, and laziness to try to find the answer or have some minimal shred of customer service. I left shocked, annoyed, and empty handed. This Sephora should be glad that there aren't very many locations in close proximity because their sales would seriously go down. I'd say pass on this location, but I realize that this is hard since there lacking alternative Sephoras to go to.

These guys have been around since 1902 - I must say I had déjà vu after walking through the doors,…read morenot that I've been here before but more like I just walked into an old Sears Department Store and that this brand will go the way they did, it almost seems impossible for an old brand such as JC Penny to reinvent themselves in time to save this aging dinosaur brand. I came here looking for a piece of luggage before traveling back home to Florida, while I was looking for the luggage department I was really trying to location a member of the staff so they might provide me with a little direction and save myself some steps - that proved to be an impossible task. I finally found it on my own, only to find a completely confusing display of luggage with an indiscernible pricing schedule with prices that made me say "whoa". So I came to this brick and mortar store to buy a piece of luggage to take with me - it seems they would prefer you go online @ jcpenny.com to find a larger selection and discounted pricing - the selection here was not only poor, the prices were ridiculous e.g. the smallest 20" carry-on was priced between $250 - $450 so that's how I get rewarded for coming inside to shop, what a waste of my time. I exited the store without any interaction with the staff, I'm not insinuating bad customer service I'm saying there's a complete lack of customer service, I've been shopping at JC Penny most of my life, it an end of an era for me...

Over the past month there have been three times I've been waited on by a woman named Sunitra (or something loke that). Each time, she's reached over the credit card terminal and pressed "YES" to the question "has the cashier asked for your Drug Mart reward number" The problem is, she doesn't ask for it and is reluctant to put it in when you ask her to. Another time I was in there recently I brought this up to another employee. With a shoulder shrug he replied, "well, that sounds like her!" This stuff shouldn't happen, so a one star rating is the result.
