I would give 10 stars if I could. We had 8 people getting hair done and 3 or 4 people getting makeup and/or eye lashes. Heather and her team were absolutely incredible. Since we were getting married locally and getting ready in an air bnb near New Hope, we decided to go directly to the Bangz shop instead of paying for additional on-site travel. Either way though, their prices are so reasonable and fair and the quality is amazing! They can do some the coolest styles I've ever seen and are a one-stop shop for all things styling. Heather even provided us with complimentary breakfast, juices, coffee, tea, and prosecco while we were in the shop getting our services done. In additional to all these great features - she is one of the coolest, nicest, people I have ever met. She so in tune with her clients wants and needs and has a sixth sense for that special something detail to be added For example, my trials went pretty well, but when she could tell I wasn't completely sold on the look I had chosen, she came up with new ideas and fun options to turn it into one I 110% loved. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me and working through things with me and making me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you SO SO much Heather for everything. Lyz, the bridal coordinator, was incredibly responsive and organized throughout the whole process, and she also did my makeup on the wedding day. Zanya did my hair trial, but due to a personal emergency the night before my wedding, the team had to pivot and someone else stepped in to do my hair. Even with the last-minute change, it turned out great, and I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything. Well, that certainly did not happen. It took me over a year and a half of emails and messages to get my artwork returned. She kept making promises that she would do it this day or that day and that she would get me the tracking number, etc. I bet I sent over 50 messages. If you are an artist, this is just a heads up to be aware of whom you consign your artwork to.

It took us 3 sessions to get to my current goal of VERY light blonde and through it all, Jenny did what was needed to keep my hair long and strong. I also really appreciate how seriously the salon takes COVID-19 protocols. They do not permit walk-ins and do not double book so there is never anyone waiting for a session in the salon. The chairs are well spaced out and they seem to plan it so that not all the chairs are occupied to maintain more than adequate social distancing. At arrival, customer temps are taken and we're instructed to wash our hands before taking a seat. Each chair is immediately wiped down after each service and masks are required while in the salon.
