But after the completely disrespectful customer service at the Glassboro location I found myself booking here again. This time was with Brielle. She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was SOOOOOO careful and reassuring with my brow wax. She had me hold the mirror and went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with my brows. Brielle is definitely the kind of waxer you want to see after a nightmare experience due to her attention to detail and her willingness to ask you how YOU like your brows!!! She is very talented and client oriented. Checking out was smooth and the receptionist was helpful and not at all pushy with the wax pass package like some locations are. I will definitely be back!

I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

Turns out the process wasn't left on long enough and I ended up with orange hair! I was so so upset. Went back and Lauren re-glazed my hair for free and it made it a bit better but was still orange. Went back again but to a different colorist and she said the same thing about not leaving the chemicals on long enough. She fixed my hair and it came out great! Went back to same stylist for a balayage touch up and again I was super happy with the results.

To be honest my hair is important and in many ways defines my style, so it's comforting to know that the Christopher Moore Salon uses only the very best in hair care products and equipment...that's what initially sealed the deal for me.
