I don't know whether she was having a bad day, was distracted by other things, or if this is her usual approach with clients, but the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was so sad when he left though happy for his next adventure. I was randomly placed with Heather and I have to say, it was kismet and I absolutely adore her! She's great with color and does well in guiding me; especially when I come in with the most vague concepts or am unsure of what I would exactly like to do (probably every hairdressers nightmare, but she is a great sport and so very patient and collaborative with me). The salon is located in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. My interactions with all staff have been pleasant and they have a great selection of product to choose from as well located in the lobby!
