Walked in ready to get it all chopped. Stylist helped reel me in and choose something I wouldn't regret, but I'd really love. Felt sympathized with and listened to. Had a question about a gift card, and not only did they help get me an answer, but other stylists/workers came over to learn how to do it themselves. It shows they all care to give their customers the best service. When I want a haircut, I wanted it yesterday and needed it six months ago. I have been going here on and off for years, I go when I can't get to my barber. 2 cuts ago I noticed someone being trained with a dummy head and wig. we'll I knew I was in trouble When I got her today. she can't cut a basic high and tight corect, can't blend, does not hold the clippers correctly, un snapps the shop your wearing while cutting hair. I left covered in hair, even my new jordans have hair on them. I feel sorry for anyone who gets her. I did give her a tip to the cashier to give her because I'm not a complete asshole. read more

Same-day appointment was available and I was seated promptly on time. They left a chair unoccupied between clients to maintain ample distance, which I really appreciated. I was assigned to Jess who was very professional and asked me whether I am satisfied with the hair length while she was working on my hair. She was speedy, nice, and did a great job. I will definitely go back there. One feedback I have for them is that the music was slightly loud. Between the music, blow drying, and hair clipping noises, it got somewhat overwhelming at one point--I guess I will either wait outside or bring noise cancelling earphones next time. read more

I went there this past weekend because I missed my barber on Saturday, this occasionally happens and I pay 18.00, this past week they went up on thier price, I paid 26.00 for a haircut and top cut by scissors and it is all un even. I was in the chair for 5 minutes! NEVER AGAIN!!!! for 26.00 and a very basic high and tight it should look better and I expect to be in the chair longer than 5 minutes on a overcharging chop shop. read more

Even for the price I have to say this place is pretty bad. I have been here many times and had many different stylists / hairdressers and more than half the time my hair comes out quite poorly. I ask for a very straightforward haircut (low 1/2 on the sides an inch on top) and several times it has come out going directly from a 1 setting on the side to an inch long on top with no real fade, like I was asking for the half shaved look. What fades they do attempt are almost always raggy and careless with obvious lines or slightly longer tufts. Today I had to essentially shave my head in order to fix my haircut. If you can, avoid this place for haircuts. read more

I don't get my hair cut very often but was having trouble with how long my hair was getting. I had tried calling a few different local places that always seemed booked up. I called the Supercuts in Abington and although they were booked up for the day, they said I could come in and they would try to fit me in for a cut. When I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by the staff at the desk and told my wait might be about a half hour. The salon was cool and comfortable so I had no problem waiting. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I walked out a 1/2 hour later with a cut that was exactly what I wanted. I did not catch the stylists name but she was friendly and easily helped me comunicate what it was I wanted even though I know very little about hair cuts or styles. No high pressure extra product upsell and she did not make me feel bad for not getting my hair cut more often. I had a fantastic experience and will definately go back to this salon the next time I need a cut. A+++! read more

Usually come here because its hair they do a mediocre job who cares and they are reasonable priced and its convenient. Came today at 12:30 they said 45 minute wait, I said ok can I make an appointment and come back? Sure, made appt for 1:15 no problem, I had some other things I could do. Got back here at 1:15, 30 minutes later and still waiting. Neither me or my 2 sons will be back. I could have gotten a ton of shit done in that half hour. Continue to be disappointed. Received bad haircuts at this location. To spare their feelings I go to other Supercuts locations and have to pay again because they aren't affiliated. I get a simple men's haircut, most of it is with buzzers. The straw the broke my back was despite better judgement gave them another chance and called ahead. The young says they are real busy to call back in an hour. I did just that, and wouldn't you know they tell me it's now an hour and half wait and they aren't adding anymore to list as they were going to close in an hour and half. Defeats whole purpose of calling ahead. I would have just walked in to begin. My advice go somewhere else, or cut your own hat can be any worse. read more

I showed her 2 pictures, not 1, 2! I told her I use curlers for my hair, not straighteners. I usually go to the high end salons, but my daughter and husband said how much different can a hair cut be here? I went in there with my hair right at my ass. Anyway, after she finished washing my hair she asked "where do you wany your lenth to start? I told her "the middle of my back". Next thing I know she says" where do you want you layer to fall"? I told her "a little past my shoulder ". She chopped all of my hair off, it is now a couple inches past my shoulder. I still get very upset and I will admit, I cry, and I 100 percent REGRET going in there for a haircut. I also spoke to another hairdresser there on the phone before I went in. I let her know how I am very afraid for them to cut my hair,. Considering their price . The woman on the phone said " we are all trained the same honey ". Clearly they are all not trained the same and this woman who cut my hair seriously needs to pay attention to her client and listen very, very closely to what they say. How does someone show you 2 pictures and tell you where to start, and you still screw their hair up?! Maybe you are in the wrong profession.? Its been 4 days, and I'm still very very upset about my hair. I just hope I can stop another person who deeply loves their hair, from going in there and leaving miserable.i was the only woman in there, every other person in there waiting were all men. One of the worst haircuts I've ever received. While I was explaining how I wanted my hair cut, it became obvious that the barber wasn't even listening to what I was saying. I stressed multiple times, "PLEASE leave a good amount of hair on in the front". The barber spent no more than two minutes cutting my hair, and when she told me I was finished (no "hot towel finish" by the way) I put my glasses on to see the horror of my reflection. She left nothing on in the front. Moreover, the haircut was completely uneven and shifted to one side. It was clear that she just wanted to get me in and out so that she could increase her customer volume and get more tips. I was so shocked and boiling with vitriol that I chose to keep my mouth shut. I figured there was nothing she could have done to fix the problem anyway. I gave her a smile and a good tip and walked out the door. The good rating on this website must have been from the owner or something. I went once before and the haircut was bad. This time it was even worse. Although this is the only barber open around this area after 6pm, I am never going back again. I'll wait for the weekend. I would have posted this on the Supercuts complaint website, but it appears to be broken. read more

went there a couple weeks ago with my daughter and I had good service from the girl that did my hair not sure of her name but my daughter had a lousy experience the girl hacked my daughters hair and pulled her earing out of her ear (which requires the ball to stay in) with the brush and didn't even apologize and purposely didn't give my daughter her receipt so she would know her name....not the best customer service there and not the friendliest bunch....going back to the Braintree location for sure read more
