Nail service quality is spotty, Michelle (I think is her name) is the best from my experience. The customer service was horrible. My hand has been slapped away MULTIPLE times, they are easy to be frustrated by what you requested or you in general, and most importantly they are blatantly disrespectful. The sweetest young girl came in with her father while I was getting my service done, they were both unsure of how everything worked (understandably). My nail lady began to ask them a question and then loudly said "Can she not speak? What the f**k!". There are several stylists in this salon, and my review is for Lisa Chrisman. She is friendly but…read morenot nosy; attractive but not someone who resorts to wild hair and makeup to get attention; and her services are reasonably priced. Recently I went on vacation and decided to get a totally new hairstyle. I was worried that when I got home I wouldn't be able to find a stylist who could replicate the original cut, but Lisa did a fantastic job. She looked at a photo of me taken soon after the new style and was able to trim it up so it looks just like it did when I first got the "makeover." I'm happy! Thanks, Lisa.
