Your stylist called me and told me ON VOICEMAIL: the day before my appointment told me she was sick. Fast-forward two weeks later . Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Also this is all after my appointment two weeks before was canceled by your stylist. Never had that done before by a stylist thought. Hell I would've taken a different stylist that day. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and instead of accommodating me by having me go to another stylist you guys just canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. That's a damn shame because I was gonna bring my children there. Oh and I think it's really funny how you guys said that I called and said to you that I was gonna be 20 to 25 minutes late . No one does that. No one says that they're gonna be almost a half hour late and expect to be seen. So right there I hope everyone reading this knows that you're lying. She was the only one with recent availability. I think she did an ok job on the cut, which was $110 for long hair, $132 after tip. She styled my hair after the cut which was nice. Unfortunately the experience was very painful for me. My scalp felt like how my teeth would feel after a dentist appmt. Her long nails kept scratching me when she was grabbing my hair and she also pulled on the hair really hard while cutting and blow drying. I've been regretting not saying something to her at the time.

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut but she was just fantastic! Not only did she go slow and make sure everything was okay with me - she had great suggestions and was also really entertaining. :) Hair cut was $45 - no washing, etc. It wasn't even needed though - she did an awesome job just using the hair dryer and a brush! The salon itself is small but very nice on the inside. The parking lot and waiting area were a decent size. The building was also very clean and neat. From the looks of it, the other stylists do a great job as well. Amber is my new favorite though, so I will certainly be back to her! :)

This little salon is tucked in along West Loveland and is in my mind one of my best kept secrets! The place is kept very clean and decorated pretty cool. Greg does my hair and he is also the salon owner. He always does a fabulous job on my hair. I came here after 3 years of not having a haircut (due to previous experiences at other salons) I trusted Greg would listen to me and do a good job and he came through and always has since then. The salons prices are really affordable although he does not provide a menu which I have suggested that he do. I don't think that they take walk ins here. They have kind of weird hours so I would definitely suggest calling.
