Again I understand the color isn't easy to remove now the problem comes in when I went to pay.. I was charge 362$ which is way beyond what I expected , I walked out with auburn red when I asked for brown but my real issue is the green was never fully removed so how can you charge someone for a service you didn't 100% deliver.(color correction) I been here twice and both times was overpriced and not what I wanted.

Painting, replacing waiting area furniture and carpeting, worn out skirt affixed to reception desk, and perhaps even dusting/cleaning kicked up one notch. I came in for a cut and Balayage. The girl doing my hair barely talked to me, didn't ask me anything about how I wear my hair or past treatments (something that I expect from someone who's never worked on my hair before). I showed her a few photos and she just started working. I sat for an hour with the dye in my hair listening to the inane conversations of the women who work there. I should have been a little concerned when she washed everything out and started cutting and wouldn't spin me in front of the mirror to watch. For one, she didn't at all listen what I said about my cut - that I wanted it layered and choppy and not just cut straight across. But straight across she did. The bottom color of the balayage is nice, however she apparently felt the need to put two completely random super bright highlights that went the entire length of my hair on either side of my face. My sister literally said I looked exactly like Rogue from X Men - definitely not the look I was going for. I have no idea what made her think I would want that and it would be okay to do it without asking me. She was nice and offered to fix it at another time if I really didn't like it, but it honestly looked so terrible I ended up fixing it myself that same night because I couldn't be seen in public like that.
