She looked at the picture of the style my daughter wanted and talked to her about the best way to achieve it, while making the style easier to maintain. I really appreciated that! Nicole was an absolute doll, she's super sweet, VERY knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable considering it was the first time meeting her. Now as far as the lash lift goes, I am glad to say it was painless, and the service itself didn't take too long. I was in shock to see how my naturally thin, straight like a cow's lashes turned into these somehow longer very curled lashes!
