We need a 10 rating for Leesa, because 5 stars just does not cut it (pun!)…read moreShe has been doing my hair for a couple years now, and I can't really go places anymore without people asking me who does my hair. And I don't have great hair naturally - it is very fine, and the natural color itself is starting to fade with age, and it is very delicate. It has to be treated with care. What is so wonderful about Leesa is that she is a master technician. She can immediately assess the situation, listens to your asks, applies her own expertise, and gives you an outcome that will ALWAYS exceed your expectations. On a recent visit, she was finishing up with a client who is going through the grey transition process and honestly, I took one look at this lady's hair (which is nothing like my own) and blurted out "I'll have what she's having!" It literally took my breath away - and I honestly thought this was her natural hair color but nope, Leesa had spent significant time intricately and expertly foiling it, just like she does my hair. Leesa is also just a stellar person, too. She always wants to help, she puts her heart and soul into her job and she wants you to be HAPPY. Be sure to talk to her! Follow through with the digital consultation offered- this helped me a lot when I first went to her and even still she welcomes my questions because it helps us both optimize the time we spend together in the salon. The results are BREATHTAKING. I have always hated my hair before I started coming to her, and now I love it.

Literally Krissy saved me when I was in a total bind! Let me explain…read more... It was back in January and I had just found out my hairdresser I had been going to for 3 years now was moving to a different state and I was super distraught. *I have long platinum blonde hair with extensions added. (My hair has always been super healthy but Covid 19 really took a toll on it and I had broken hair towards the top.) *I've always had an ALL OVER COLOR (one step) process on my hair to keep it healthy) and I could not find anyone to do my blonde correctly (with out the use of bleach and highlights). *I also could not find anyone who would want to even attempt the challenge to place tape in extensions in my broken "messy of a hair science project" to get me back to normal. Legit Krissy saved my hair, and my life! She has made miracles happen when everyone else has tuned me away. My broken off hair has made a transformation since January of me having my hair done exclusively by Krissy. I even got stopped in the middle of Whole Foods by a girl begging to share who my hair dresser was, and course I was happy to share with her! she went to Krissy right away and told her she was so happy that she stopped me in the grocery store that day, that her hair is now the sun kissed platinum blonde she has always wanted without the use of bleach, so she could keep her beautiful hair healthy and glowing, without breaking your bank account. She literally can do it all. I am so thankful for Krissy! Put on your sunnies ladies and gents, because Krissy is ready to make you and your lushes tresses shine bright!

The day of the appointment I got the news that my daughter in New Orleans had been in an accident. I saw Brittany had text to move my appointment back bc she hadn't gotten hair yet. I text and told her about my daughter and that I couldn't make it bc I was headed to New Orleans. Four hours later, she proceeded to take a $400 unauthorized withdraw from my account. Her cancelation policy, which I have a pic of - says you'll be charged 1/2 the cost of the service if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. That would have been $197. She sent me a pic of the same place on her website where it states the cancellation policy but SHE EDITED the website to now read 100% instead of half the price of service. She has $550 of my money and will not answer any calls or texts. I got zero service. I got zero hair I sent money for. I have called. I have left messages. I have text. I've begged. I explained these were very extenuating circumstances. I've been kind and patient. I'm even willing to accept her sticking to HER policy and sending me back $350 and keeping the half of The service fee we agreed on.

Gabrielle transforms a traditional hair styling and coloring appointment into an entire experience…read more Gabrielle's space is extremely inviting, impeccably clean, and organized. I recently started experiencing some issues with my scalp and dry hair that I was concerned about. The form I filled out prior to my visit allowed Gabrielle and I to have an in depth discussion about my concerns. We also discussed a vision for my new hair style and color. My customized hair experience included a scalp detoxification, deep conditioning, styling that took into account the texture and thickness of my hair, and subtle blonde highlights. If you are looking to enhance some of the natural colors in your hair, Gabrielle can do this so beautifully! I am in love with the color and natural look. I don't usually spend a lot of time styling my hair and prefer a cut and style that enhances the waves in my hair while it air dries. Gabrielle was so thorough during the cutting process, paying attention to every detail. My hair is now lighter and has movement that feels so good! Gabrielle shared her knowledge with me about scalp/ hair health, the products, and strategies for maintaining a healthy hair care routine. I experienced some health challenges in my mid 20s that lead me to seek a healthier lifestyle and non-toxic beauty products. This aspect is very important to me and I feel very safe using the hair products that Gabrielle uses in her studio. I also felt very relaxed during my appointment, as Gabrielle creates such a healing space. Gabrielle's 10 plus years of experience is invaluable. Most importantly she is incredibly passionate about her work and is genuinely happy creating your perfect look together. I whole heartedly recommend Gabrielle for her artistic abilities, compassion, and dedication to cleaner beauty. Thank you so much, Gabrielle!! :)
