I always had my eyebrows waxed and would have an allergic reaction a few hours later so I decided to give threading a try. I leave a few minutes from Salon Panache and knew that it had good reviews. I walked in and the place was packed, however when I told them that it was my first time they sent me to Kelly, zero wait! She was all business, if you want chatting, that's not your place! Kelly took a couple of minutes and it was all done. It does hurt a little more more that waxing but not that much. My face got extremely red but once I got home and put some ice, it went away. It cost me $10 and I gave her a $3 tip (she did not seem very happy about that. I think everybody leaves a $5). My eyebrows look great and I will be going back! read more

i went here dedicatedly for over a year...every time i was in providence...the guy who takes your money is always courteous and smiling (and offers you a bottle of water!) my satisfaction with my brows usually depended on which lady i got...i couldn't ever remember who i liked and who i wasn't as keen on, so there wasn't a real way to manage this. i've since decided that threading is better for non-blonde people. that, combined with being in NH...i've switched to waxing, but i enjoyed my experiences at salon panache! super convenient and fast! read more

I went here searching for someone who could fix my eyebrows... one was way higher than the other and I was scared they wouldn't look the same for a very long time :( but one of the lovely ladies here fixed me right up!!! and for only $10! :) if you've never gotten threading done before it's really not bad! this was my first time and it hurt a little more but totally worth it! my eyebrows are now PERFECT! love this place definitely my new go to place to get my brows done :) the staff is so nice and you even get a complimentary drink too!! they give you a card your first time there too so once you go 10 times you get a free one! :) I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I've been coming here on and off for honestly close to ten years (started at their old location at the littler place on Park) and it's almost always been great. However, I think it really depends on who you go to. The most recent time I went in, I specifically said I wanted them just cleaned up but they ended up being soo much thinner than I wanted, and shaped differently. I also had a bald spot right in the middle of my arch! Obviously they'll grow back and it's not the end of the world but I am pretty frustrated. Overall, it's a great place- decent pricing, the owner is very friendly, and the results are usually great. My advice, especially after my most recent trip, is be explicit on what you want. I'm really not happy with how mine look right now but I think they deserve 4 stars for the great service I've gotten in the past. read more

Salon Panache is the place to go for eyebrow threading. Kelly is my go-to girl. She is fantastic and my eyebrows always look great. Well worth the $10, and everybody is very kind. I use the frequent card and get a free one after my 10th visit. It is not the most comfortable thing all the time, but i would much rather get my eyebrows threaded than waxed and the one time it was very painful, Kelly was great and used some very soothing lotion on them which i loved. I've always been waxed! This is my first full year going. The staff is wonderful! Pleasant smells and ambiance. They offer bottled water and speak English well. My issue - who to chose? I thought I liked 1 but one day she wasn't there and went to another and liked her. Yes, sometimes it's not perfect but speak up and they will fix what you want. Remember, THEY WORK FOR TIPS! I've been inside before today, but I'm really satisfied I got my eyebrows done here !! The staff were extremely kind and very precise. It only took about five minutes to complete my threading, so I'm very happy with the results! I came here because of the good reviews but I had a terrible experience! I will NEVER go here again. I specifically asked the girl to just clean up my eyebrows NOT reshape them at all and to keep them full/thick. She ignored my request and rounded out the front of my eyebrows and removed way to much hair. Terrible terrible I do not recommend at all. read more

Besides the male owner who is very helpful and kind, this place is terrible. The employees are not thorough at all and rush through the procedures. They also often feel the need to make random rude comments to the customers- this has happened to me personally and I've overheard things being said to others as well (i.e. "you're very hairy" or "your acne is terrible"). They should focus more on threading and less on making unsolicited comments. read more

came in on feburary 11th. after having my eyebrows and upper lip done one time prior. I decided what the heck and for a few dollars more i could do a full face. big mistake. it is now 4 wks later and i still have marks all over my face. for the first few weeks i couldn't even leave the house. my face filled up with these red and etremely painful bumps and like i said its now 4 wks later and they still have not fully gone away. and i for the record i do not have acne problems this is strictly from the services i recieved at salon panache. i will try to post a pic with this review. read more

Great eyebrow threading. They will offer to do your upper lip as well - do not be offended, this is standard. For first timers, threading HURTS, but I don't get broken blood vessels the same as I do with waxing. Make sure you tell them if it is your first time there, they have a customer card. read more

I am very particular about my eyebrows and Salon Panache has never disappointed me. I always request Ami, but I think that all of the girls are equally as good and have never seen someone leave being less than satisfied. They know exactly how to shape them perfectly and they look crisp for a long time after. The pain is minimal, much better than waxing. The new location is beautiful and the parking lot is very convenient. I live a half hour away but its worth the drive to have my eyebrows threaded here. read more

The people working on your brows here are excellent. They have a plan to help you regrow your brows into a beautiful and flattering shape. I have waxed and/or plucked my brows for a long time, and threading was so much faster and unbelievably pain-free compared to either. Also, threading didn't leave me with bright pink, tender skin around my eyebrows! I just looked good after I had them done. Awesome. read more

My eyebrows were shaped beautifully, and although threading makes my eyes water like a biznatch, I like it so much better than waxing. Handing over a paltry tenner felt like a steal. When it comes to threading no other place compares, Salon Panache deserves 5 stars for sure!!! I've been to about 4 different threading places around RI the past but I've been a loyal customer of Salon Panache for several years now. The owners of Salon Panache create a great experience for each client. The space is very beautiful, always clean, a relaxing atmosphere with incense burning and traditional indian music softly playing. The customer service is unlike anywhere else, they are very friendly, kind and professional, the owner even remembers many of the customer's names and offers you a bottle a water before you leave. The prices are reasonable just $10 (plus tip), just remember that they only accept cash luckily there are a few places with ATMs nearby if you do forget. You will receive a frequent customer card to have filled out for every visit and on your 11th visit it will be complimentary. Despite being a busy place they manage to get you in and out pretty quickly. But most of all I trust going to this place because I know every time I leave my eyebrows come out looking amazing, they truly are great at what they do! read more

Brought my 12-year daughter here for her first visit. I explained it was her first time with threading and they put her with someone very gentle. She has thick brows and I was worried they would thin them out too much, but shw just cleaned them up the perfect amount. They were also very fast - we were in and out within 10 minutes. read more

Ok....So Panache use to be my eyebrow place for years till yesterday. I walk in just want my eyebrows done and they stick me with the one girl i never met...To make matters worst its on my brothers wedding day....Seeing how everyone there always does a great job I do not worry. I lay back and let her do her magic. Well when I get up there is a bald spot on my eyebrow she trys to hide it but it's definitely there.. Oh wait best part is she tells me before I say anything I had a bald spot there already I definitely do not think so. So I go pay the guy ask me if everything is ok and I say nothing because I do not want to burst into tears...Because um yes I have to go get ready my brother is getting married.
