Cheap and quick, with a super friendly owner. Only complaint... And its really just my low threshold for pain... That shit huuuurts! I go to 'Pain-ache' twice a month, and its like having my face tazered. But I leave looking neat and beautiful despite the tears. read more

I'd never had my eyebrows threaded before, but I've converted! I was in and out in 5 minutes and Kelly did an amazing job on my brows. I'll never go back to waxing again. read more

I went here searching for someone who could fix my eyebrows... one was way higher than the other and I was scared they wouldn't look the same for a very long time :( but one of the lovely ladies here fixed me right up!!! and for only $10! :) if you've never gotten threading done before it's really not bad! this was my first time and it hurt a little more but totally worth it! my eyebrows are now PERFECT! love this place definitely my new go to place to get my brows done :) the staff is so nice and you even get a complimentary drink too!! they give you a card your first time there too so once you go 10 times you get a free one! :) I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Ahhhhh, the love-hate-love relationship I have with threading. .. but Panache is my go-to. Heavenly inside with beautiful tapestries and aromatic incense. Punch card allows a free threading after 10. read more

IN LOVE WITH MY EYEBROWS! 20 stars!! They were so sweet welcoming and clearly wanted to make their customers at comfortable and happy with their experience read more

Unfortunately I cannot give a review. I drove from Pawtucket to be razzled and dazzled by their services. When I arrived they were closed. The Yelp app stated they closed at 8p. I arrived at 7:34. Even if Yelp was wrong. Have the decency to update the information. Le sigh read more

Worst place to do threading! They just talk a lot but can't even do proper cleaning of an already shaped eyebrow!

I have been coming here for about 11 years. Sangeeta has been my go-to. She does an amazing job whether I want my brows simply cleaned up or shaped, her work is phenomenal. The atmosphere of the salon is cozy and welcoming. Vinay the owner, I don't know how he does it, but when I'm there he'll usually greet people coming in by their first name! Definitely has the best hospitality. Whenever someone asks me where I get my eyebrows done, I'm always happy to recommend this place :) read more

I used to visit this threading salon a lot because after the 10th thread you get a free eyebrow threading but sometimes they can be a bit too rough and rushed for my liking. read more

I love this place! The guy at the desk is always so nice and welcoming so are the lady's !! I get my eyebrows done here every 4 to 5 weeks

Cant speak highly eyebrows always come out perfect . They are all so sweet and very welcoming and always ask how was ur day and see you soon love this place and love that I found someone who knows how to do my eyebrows right xo read more

Salon Panache is the place to go for eyebrow threading. Kelly is my go-to girl. She is fantastic and my eyebrows always look great. Well worth the $10, and everybody is very kind. I use the frequent card and get a free one after my 10th visit. It is not the most comfortable thing all the time, but i would much rather get my eyebrows threaded than waxed and the one time it was very painful, Kelly was great and used some very soothing lotion on them which i loved. I am never unhappy when i leave there. read more

I've always been waxed! This is my first full year going. The staff is wonderful! Pleasant smells and ambiance. They offer bottled water and speak English well. My issue - who to chose? I thought I liked 1 but one day she wasn't there and went to another and liked her. Yes, sometimes it's not perfect but speak up and they will fix what you want. Remember, THEY WORK FOR TIPS! Please be kind, I feel bad when they get no tips, this is a place that should be tipped! read more

I've been coming here on and off for honestly close to ten years (started at their old location at the littler place on Park) and it's almost always been great. However, I think it really depends on who you go to. The most recent time I went in, I specifically said I wanted them just cleaned up but they ended up being soo much thinner than I wanted, and shaped differently. I also had a bald spot right in the middle of my arch! Obviously they'll grow back and it's not the end of the world but I am pretty frustrated. Overall, it's a great place- decent pricing, the owner is very friendly, and the results are usually great. My advice, especially after my most recent trip, is be explicit on what you want. I'm really not happy with how mine look right now but I think they deserve 4 stars for the great service I've gotten in the past. read more

Never disappointed Price is average I rarely have to wait hours are great too. Won't go anywhere else because I can't trust anyone else

The only place I get my eyebrows done! I see Ruby, but have seen many of the women and they all do a great job! It is such a quick and efficient process, with minimal redness. They remember my name and are always so welcoming and nice! It's worth the twenty minute drive for me! read more

I have been a customer for many years. The facility is very nice. The service is great -very quick and professional.

I've been inside before today, but I'm really satisfied I got my eyebrows done here !! The staff were extremely kind and very precise. It only took about five minutes to complete my threading, so I'm very happy with the results! Definitely going again to get rid of my peach fuzz next time ;^)))) Don't forget to tip well too! read more

First time here tonight, and I'll be back. The man behind the counter was courteous and friendly, the lady that did the threading was quick and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend. read more

came in on feburary 11th. after having my eyebrows and upper lip done one time prior. I decided what the heck and for a few dollars more i could do a full face. big mistake. it is now 4 wks later and i still have marks all over my face. for the first few weeks i couldn't even leave the house. my face filled up with these red and etremely painful bumps and like i said its now 4 wks later and they still have not fully gone away. and i for the record i do not have acne problems this is strictly from the services i recieved at salon panache. i will try to post a pic with this review. read more

I came here because of the good reviews but I had a terrible experience! I will NEVER go here again. I specifically asked the girl to just clean up my eyebrows NOT reshape them at all and to keep them full/thick. She ignored my request and rounded out the front of my eyebrows and removed way to much hair. Terrible terrible I do not recommend at all. read more

Besides the male owner who is very helpful and kind, this place is terrible. The employees are not thorough at all and rush through the procedures. They also often feel the need to make random rude comments to the customers- this has happened to me personally and I've overheard things being said to others as well (i.e. "you're very hairy" or "your acne is terrible"). They should focus more on threading and less on making unsolicited comments. read more

My eyebrows were messed up when I went in and she was so fast and fixed it ! The girls there are amazing will recommend to everyone. The owner is great and great customer service. I usually really don't care about customer service just how well my eyebrows come out but with Salon Panache you get it all ! I absolutely love them! read more

Great eyebrow threading. They will offer to do your upper lip as well - do not be offended, this is standard. For first timers, threading HURTS, but I don't get broken blood vessels the same as I do with waxing. Make sure you tell them if it is your first time there, they have a customer card. read more

I am very particular about my eyebrows and Salon Panache has never disappointed me. I always request Ami, but I think that all of the girls are equally as good and have never seen someone leave being less than satisfied. They know exactly how to shape them perfectly and they look crisp for a long time after. The pain is minimal, much better than waxing. The new location is beautiful and the parking lot is very convenient. I live a half hour away but its worth the drive to have my eyebrows threaded here. read more

The people working on your brows here are excellent. They have a plan to help you regrow your brows into a beautiful and flattering shape. I have waxed and/or plucked my brows for a long time, and threading was so much faster and unbelievably pain-free compared to either. Also, threading didn't leave me with bright pink, tender skin around my eyebrows! I just looked good after I had them done. Awesome. read more

Dayyyyum. A friend and I were in, threaded to perfection, and out within 10 mins. My eyebrows were shaped beautifully, and although threading makes my eyes water like a biznatch, I like it so much better than waxing. Handing over a paltry tenner felt like a steal. I'll be back (frequently), even though I live 40 minutes away! read more

The people were very friendly, the service was quick, and their prices are decent.

Went once...didn't appreciate that the first few minutes I was sitting in the chair the woman kept talking to someone else nearby...almost asked if she could finally start to thread me then she finally started to....bad first impression. Never went back. read more

When it comes to threading no other place compares, Salon Panache deserves 5 stars for sure!!! I've been to about 4 different threading places around RI the past but I've been a loyal customer of Salon Panache for several years now. The owners of Salon Panache create a great experience for each client. The space is very beautiful, always clean, a relaxing atmosphere with incense burning and traditional indian music softly playing. The customer service is unlike anywhere else, they are very friendly, kind and professional, the owner even remembers many of the customer's names and offers you a bottle a water before you leave. The prices are reasonable just $10 (plus tip), just remember that they only accept cash luckily there are a few places with ATMs nearby if you do forget. You will receive a frequent customer card to have filled out for every visit and on your 11th visit it will be complimentary. Despite being a busy place they manage to get you in and out pretty quickly. But most of all I trust going to this place because I know every time I leave my eyebrows come out looking amazing, they truly are great at what they do! read more

Brought my 12-year daughter here for her first visit. I explained it was her first time with threading and they put her with someone very gentle. She has thick brows and I was worried they would thin them out too much, but shw just cleaned them up the perfect amount. They were also very fast - we were in and out within 10 minutes. read more

Only place I'll go to for my eyebrow threading. Always fast and friendly and always do a great job too. Love it and love all the employees that work here. Don't hesitate or look anywhere else. read more

I've been going here for a very long time, at least 10 years and its the best place around. The owner is always there and he is the nicest guy ever. Very professional, remembers everyone's names and always offers you a cold beverage. The threading is quick and your in and out! read more

Never disappoints! I always get so many compliments on my eyebrows. I have been going to Salon Panache since I was 15! I will be 24 in a week! Love them!!!! Always a quick and friendly service! Sangeeta and Vinay (the owners) are some of the sweetest people ever. Not to mention their space is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely check them out if you haven't already and pick up some of the lovely incense they have at the front desk! read more

I have been coming here for the past 8 years. It is absolutely amazing! Prices are fair;10 for eyebrow 7 for lip. They even offer you a complimentary drink during your visit. They are very friendly and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this place. read more

No question nicest most professional people you could go to. Faithful lomg time customer. Always beyond satisfied

I've been coming here since I moved to RI, 4 years ago and I will not go anywhere else! They are so friendly and greet you as you come in, even offering complimentary water/drinks after its all set. Love the music choice and Rekha is my go-to person! She always does them perfect for me. Not to thick-not to thin! read more

Very unfriendly threading woman who didn't ask me any questions. It took her only a couple minutes to mess up my eyebrows and leave a bald spot. She didn't clean up the top of the brows but maybe that's a good thing. read more

Ok....So Panache use to be my eyebrow place for years till yesterday. I walk in just want my eyebrows done and they stick me with the one girl i never met...To make matters worst its on my brothers wedding day....Seeing how everyone there always does a great job I do not worry. I lay back and let her do her magic. Well when I get up there is a bald spot on my eyebrow she trys to hide it but it's definitely there.. Oh wait best part is she tells me before I say anything I had a bald spot there already I definitely do not think so. So I go pay the guy ask me if everything is ok and I say nothing because I do not want to burst into tears...Because um yes I have to go get ready my brother is getting married. So as of yesterday I think it will be my last time going there...I guess its time to find a new place read more
