(Five star for the…read moreeyebrows) However when I got my lashes done there was so much glue used that I was scraping it off my cheeks and the middle of my eyelids and I figured it's fine because she discounted the price because it was not the look I wanted. I figured I'd put up with them for a couple of weeks but there are thick chunks of glue on my top waterline that are stabbing the corners of my eyes making them super raw. I have friends and family that get lash extensions and they've never had this problem. It's like buying those cheap hard lashes and not trimming the edges before you put them on. Not to mention they are unevenly placed making my eyelid looking like a Tetris game. She was very nice but also blamed me for not communicating what I wanted properly. The whole thing was rushed she never asked me what I wanted and when I tried telling her she quickly replied "oh yeah yeah I can do that" without really listening to what I was saying when we were done she said I said something completely different than what I actually said and me hating confrontation just left thinking I had to deal with because she said it was too late to have them removed. (One star for the lashes)

They are never too thin--just look like me a bit more refined, and are always very quick. If you are only getting your eyebrows done, you can be in and out in five minutes. They also make it much easier for me to fill them in in the morning. Priyanka is great and is always sweet to me. The four starts is because I sometimes book a specific person and then when you come in, they put you with the first one available, which is sort of irritating, but again, they all do good work.

I originally booked an appointment just to have my cheekbones threaded, but Monica made me feel like the rest of my face needed to be threaded as well, pointing out that she could see hairs on my forehead, lower cheeks and chin. She was very insistent that I should also get those areas threaded, and I ultimately got suckered into paying for the more expensive, full-face service. I think she came too close to the hairs on my right eyebrow, as it appears shorter than my left. I also dealt with a bad rash on my chin several days after the threading, and I am still dealing with breakouts all over my face. Overall, feeling frustrated and pushed into more than I had planned to have done.

She worked on my brows until they were perfect ( again), and made sure to listen to me when I stated " I like them sharp, but thick. " ( I have naturally "dramatic shaped" eye brows) Robina was gentle, and quick and left me feeling pleasant versus raw and irritated feeling. When Robina applied the cooling lotion, she massaged it in, versus some places who just slap it on and send you on you way. When I went to go pay she gave me a Preferred customer card, and pointed out their hours. She seemed to be hurting for business, and asked me to spread the word. Which I was glad to oblige as you can see here. Not only do they do threading, they also do henna tattoos. I'll definitely be going back to this location, as I prefer threading over waxing and plucking!
